Starbucks: More Than Just Coffee – It’s a Vibe!

Let me tell you something about this Starbucks — it’s not just a coffee shop, it’s a whole experience. From the moment you walk in, you’re hit with the cozy aroma of fresh coffee and the comforting buzz of good energy. But what really makes this place shine? The people.

The baristas here are absolute rockstars. Always smiling, always kind, and genuinely happy to help. Whether you’re ordering your regular or trying something new, they treat you like family. You can feel that they care — not just about the coffee, but about you. They remember your name, your drink, and they never hesitate to offer a recommendation or a cheerful “Have a great day!” when you need it most.

And the music? Oh, the music is just right. Upbeat but chill, inspiring yet calming. It makes you want to open your laptop, plan your dreams, write that book, or just take a deep breath and enjoy your moment. It’s the kind of vibe that makes your creativity flow and your worries fade.

The environment is warm and welcoming — perfect for studying, meeting a friend, or escaping for a bit of peace in your day. It’s not just a coffee spot, it’s your second home.

☕ So if you’re looking for great coffee, amazing people, and the kind of positive energy that makes your day better — this Starbucks is it. It’s where kindness is brewed, and every sip comes with a smile.

On top of them getting my order wrong, I received bad service. On three different visits, I have had the same experience; I can’t ignore the pattern anymore.

Each time I walk in, I’m met with silence. No greeting. No acknowledgment. Meanwhile, customers entering right after me are warmly welcomed (often those with a different demographic than mine). I usually pick up a mobile order and ask for a pup cup—I even tip ahead of time—but I still end up standing there, invisible, until I initiate the interaction.

I’m not calling it discrimination, but the difference in how I’m treated is noticeable and uncomfortable. And after three identical experiences, it’s hard to see it as a coincidence.

I’m someone who champions great customer service, and I love highlighting businesses that get it right, but I can’t recommend this location in its current state. I hope management takes this seriously, because hospitality shouldn’t be selective.

If others have had similar experiences, speak up. I’m very close to reaching out to corporate myself.

Yesterday morning I went to buy coffee and some bread. When I handed the bread the cashier so they could warm it up the , she threw it onto the counter to give it to another worker, and it fell on the floor. I don’t think food should be handled that way, especially since customers are paying for it.

Loyal Customer Treated Poorly

I go to Starbucks every single day, spending my hard-earned money on their coffee, yet today I was denied access to the restroom. This is completely unacceptable. As a regular customer, I expect at least basic courtesy and respect.

When I asked to use the restroom, the staff rudely told me it was “for customers only”—but I AM a customer! I had literally just bought my drink, and they still refused. The way they handled the situation was unprofessional and dismissive.

It’s frustrating to be loyal to a business only to be treated like an inconvenience. If this is how they value their regular customers, I might as well take my business elsewhere. There are plenty of other coffee shops that actually care about their customers. Do better, Starbucks!

A friend and I came here for a drink and to catch up. Even though the closing hours are set at 7pm, chairs were put on top of 2 tables to avoid customers using these tables at 4:45pm. When my friend and I took off the chairs from of one of these tables to sit at we were told to put the chairs back onto the tables and to sit elsewhere because those tables were not available. There were no other available tables with chairs that had backrests and my friend needs back support when sitting. The music was so loud that we were not able to easily follow the conversation sitting across a table from each other. My friend got up to request that the volume on the music be turned down, but was told that the music is already at the lowest volume setting. It is clear that the staff in this shop is actively trying to prevent their customers from enjoying their orders inside the shop. I have never experienced such rude, unaccommodating and unhelpful service on the 3 continents where I traveled. I have never experienced such a poor atmosphere in a coffee shop – where the music volume is so loud that you can’t follow a conversation across a table. Isn’t the point of a coffee shop to be an inviting place to catch up with friends over a hot drink? Vote with your money, take your money elsewhere – I surely will. In the correspondence below Starbucks invited me to get in touch through their Contact Us page. I did use their Contact Us page to try and seek aid to improve this Starbucks location. The service agents at this Contact Us page do not understand English very well and write ill formed, unintelligible sentences and seem powerless to affect correction or change. Just so that you can appreciate it I quote the key sentence that I received by email from the Starbucks Service Agent: “I would like to let you know please right as the email the issues and experience as we do not have access to view it from our side.” May you never have to deal with Starbucks Customer Service.

Just a caution to buy something before asking about using the restroom. There was a loud exchange with a potential customer regarding buying something first. Could have been handled quietly and politely.

Super busy! Ordered Irish cream cold brew. It didn’t taste like cold brew that I had at other Starbucks. It more like iced coffee with Irish cream on top.

Baristas or bathroom police? How the employee handled a person needing to use the restroom was disgraceful and inhumanizing. Bad vibes all around.
