As a regular Starbucks customer, I usually go settle down , took a video meeting or so and then buy my drink/breakfast etc. What is annoying about this branch is, when manager is around, she would come up and ask if I want a drink. Like saying buy something, you have been here for some time. It is annoying, I feel little insulted when that happens. Know your customers, particularly regular ones. No need to passive aggressively harass them. This does not happen in other Starbucks particularly in Benicia.

I come to this Starbucks almost every day, and it never disappoints. The staff are always friendly and remember my usual order, which makes the experience feel personal and welcoming. The coffee is consistently great—fresh and exactly how I like it. Plus, the place is clean and comfortable, perfect for grabbing a quick drink or settling in for some work. I’ve been coming to this Starbucks ever since I was a kid. I’m now an adult and I have to say the workers here are consistent with drinks and customer service in comparison to the disappointment at the Starbucks in Concord at Constra Costa 999 Blvd. (Please get the managers at this Benicia location to mentor those at the Concord location! They definitely need the help!) Great management here with training the baristas in customer service as well as proper drink prep. Love that this Starbucks is open later than most too.

Great service. My only complaint is that they are understaffed and that everyone could be getting their drinks quicker if more people were working. I come in the afternoons for a frappucino occasionally and have to wait over ten minutes for my drink. I can tell that the staff are working hard but they just have way too many orders coming in it seems like. I really wish these popular businesses were taking better care of their staff

So every time I get there for my pick up……the person that ordered at the counter after I walked in for my pick up… gets their coffee first. Same girl diff. day, has no one noticed this? Honestly, I like this Starbucks because they have the special kind of ice I prefer. However, during my recent visit to the drive-thru, an alphabet lady named Kris rushed me through my order, causing me to forget one of my drinks.
When I arrived at the window, she didn’t open it until my other two drinks were ready. When I mentioned that I had forgotten a drink, she told me to go inside and order it.
Although it’s not a huge issue, feeling rushed, combined with the lack of courtesy and service, especially in hot weather, defeated the purpose of using the drive-thru and left a bad impression on me.
