Very comfortable and open space here! You don’t find that at many Starbucks these days, drive-thru or not. (this location is not a drive thru) Staff is very friendly, timely, and make a really good drink. I don’t go to Benicia often but I want to start coming here more when I do go.

Honestly this has been the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. I order my drink and a breakfast burrito. I started looking around and seen how dirty this place looks. The staff was taking forever to make my drink and when I asked how much longer for my drink one girl said “well I don’t know” turned and talked to the girl next to her turned and looked at me and started to laugh. These are girls in there 20s I am not up for these kiddy games, it’s unfortunate to see so many young people working at these places and don’t know the meaning of customer service.

Maybe Starbucks isn’t the one that should take credit, but for a change there was no trash on the ground outside. Everything seemed nice and clean. Service was perfect. Unfortunately the bathroom was closed again (that’s happened at least 4 times in the past year).

Yeah, I know, it a Starbucks. But, the fact is that this location is awesome, parking is easy, the layout of the shop makes it easy to order and wait for your drink. The coffee service area is almost always fully stocked and tidy, and the barristas are fast and friendly. There is almost always a cozy place to sit. So, corporate coffee or not, this place is doing right.
