This branch has the best service/ staff. After 12 hr of no power in our home, I asked for large/party size hot water. They handed me without asking or charging me on the Christmas day! I was willing to pay but they were understanding. Thank you for being amazing humans

This is an easy location to get to. They had a very large space in this location. There’s plenty of seating, indoor and outdoor. Also, they had a great selection of different cold cups, coffee, cups and mugs. I was a white chocolate mocha and a hot chocolate they both were very chocolatey and made perfect. I definitely would come here again like I said there’s plenty of parking my car was safe and I felt safe. The staff was very nice as well.

I had tea at this Starbucks, and it was a great experience. The place is clean and well maintained, and the staff are super friendly. My drink was ready quickly, so I didn’t have to wait long. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a good cup of tea or coffee. As a nice touch, the supervisor even opened the door for me when I was carrying two drinks — such thoughtful service!

This Starbucks is a nice place to work or relax, lots of room to sit or work while enjoying a coffee. It has a really comfy atmosphere. It’s also a convenient location, close by other stores on the block and in walking distance to Leo J Ryan. There is not much different about this location compared to others. The service is good to average, and so are the drinks for the price.
I don’t go to Starbucks as much as I used to, and I can thank this location for that. I had once ordered a hot chocolate here, one of my favorite drinks to order. Once I tasted it, it definitely had way too much chocolate syrup in it. I could only finish a little less than half before throwing the rest away, which was quite upsetting considering I had ordered the largest size. That discouraged me from going to Starbucks for a bit, and in that time I realized I could get much better tasting hot chocolate at a place like Philz or Peets for a similar or cheaper cost. I’m sure that was a one time incident, but it helped me realize that, in general, Starbuck’s drinks aren’t that worth it. Anyways, overall, 3/5.

The seats in this Starbucks are terrible! The backs are uncomfortable, and the tables and chairs lack footrests. The ergonomics are poor, even for browsing on a laptop.
It feels like these seats were deliberately designed to discourage people from staying for long or being comfortable. I came here to read a book and sip coffee, but I had to leave very soon because the facilities in this store are abysmal.

I usually order drinks with no ice and extra creamer, but 4 out of 5 times they get it wrong. Asking them to redo it takes another 10–15 minutes, and I can’t wait that long as I have to commute to work. very disappointing

This place makes some really good Starbucks drinks. Definitely met my expectations. Especially because it is a very busy place since it’s the only one nearby other than Bridgepoint. But the team is on top of things, and definitely get your order as soon as they can. They did great!
