Came here for a regular cup of coffee. Was told they aren’t serving coffee. Asked about any kind of coffee and was told again not serving coffee. A coffee shop that doesn’t serve coffee? Both guys appeared to be teens or young adults who dont care. I will be calling corporate because this isn’t the first time. Apparently others have had similar experiences.

I have to say I’m slightly disappointed with the ladies working around 7:30 a.m. when a gentleman asked to use the restroom and he was told he couldn’t because he had to be a customer. I’ve been going to this Starbucks for a long time and I’ve also seen this gentleman once or twice before while I’m here. Anyway, he was denied use of the restroom just because he didn’t make a purchase today, as they told him he couldn’t use the bathroom. The gentleman left and walked away. After he left, the three ladies looked at each other and had a smirk on their faces, like they accomplished something. It’s really a bad look. I hope Starbucks reads this; it definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.

Their customer service is just great. There are both indoor and outdoor seating. Indoor seating was partially open. Staffs keep wiping the tables on a regular basis probably for disinfection purpose. I like this place and will come back again next time around.

I walked in and would like to order a Nitro Cold Brew. It was out of stock but one lady suggest another one as alternative. Their customer service is just great. There are both indoor and outdoor seating. Indoor seating was partially open. I was sitting inside doing some reading for almost 3 hrs. Staffs keep wiping the tables on a regular basis probably for disinfection purpose. I like this place and will come back again next time around.

I really thought Starbucks toasts the sandwich, but instead I got soggy grossness of something that was in the microwave. Disgusting and it made me sick thinking of eating microwave food all day. I’ll never order food heated at Starbucks again. Service was okay but inside it’s really kind of gross. I ended up getting back on the train and going down to Burlingame where it’s nicer and warmer.
