I was given a latte small without being properly covered and the hot milk was poured into my left hand and the lady who made the latte saw it and she offered not even any signs of remorse but I could see on her face a cruel look. I hope she treats everyone with respect and not with cruel attitude.
I asked for another cup and the cashier gave me but still nothing. Is it the norm here to give cups without being properly covered?

The young people that run this place do an amazing job. First of all, they’re very polite, courteous and call most people by their first name. I love that they bring your food to your table in actual ceramic dish-ware, that’s a nice touch. When it gets very busy you can see their hustling but they make it all happen and it all runs smooth, never too long of a line. The place is clean and most of the wall plugs work! It’s become like a second office for me since WFH started. WFH can get lonely and I come here and get nice and caffeinated (the food selection is also good, they’re rarely out of stuff), and get a bunch of work done . A lot of neighbourhood regulars enjoy coming and spending time here. Kudos to the staff.

It was really busy when I was there and the barista was busting her butt. Even though she was running like crazy, she had time to say a few words to every customer. It was really impressive to watch her interact with everyone while makinf everyone’s coffees. Excellent job to everyone who were hustling that morning.

Good for a Starbucks. But it’s still just a Starbucks. Plus, the other points of this place separate from the coffee could use a little electrical upkeep.
And they took the center table out. Now will you have left is a large wasted space in the middle of the floor. He had off to the side in the corner they have this drink pick-up counter that they load up drinks on. That drink pickup counter is displaced another table that used to be off in that corner. If drink pickups are such a large segment of their day then perhaps they should expand the counter space outward into the open space of the floor. And move the table that’s in the corner into another segment of the counter space.
On the plus side of things for this location, and All Starbucks.locations I suspect, the dishware has returned to daily use. So you can order your drinks in a mug. And you can order your food on a plate. That way you don’t have to waste the paper products to consume your Starbucks products.

Poor and rude service. The staff boy spilled my coffee over the holder at the pickup counter, didn’t apologize, took it back saying “it is not yours” then handed it back saying it was mine. …without cleaning the spill or saying anything. I don’t want to come back, spend my money here again.

Always get friendly service here. Baristas have definitely gotten a lot better and consistent when making the espresso based drinks here. Liking the new Iced Chocolate Almondmilk Shaken Espresso. Venti has 4 shots. FOUR!

Haley, and crew , provided a perfect Starbucks experience! Happy and welcoming. She tolerated the change dump with patience. Made a perfect Blended iced Caramel Frappucino. And also provided a requested glass of water to rinse it down the frapp.

With the Internet was faster. But that has been an issue since day 1 of this Starbucks location. Haley has no control over the Internet here. Starbucks corporate has ignored the issue.
Also wish Starbucks had reconnected the power outlets of the largr free standing center table. I had requested to Starbucks to have this point addressed.
Good enough for a Starbucks. But the facilities could be better, and a good as the Half Moon Bay Strawflower Plaza Starbucks.
