Standard Starbucks outlet. Good location at the junction of El Monte Ave & El Camino Real. Small but adequate seating area. Open 7am to 6pm daily. This December (2023) you pay half rate for drinks on all Thursday afternoons. Common parking in shopping complex is generally available.

This is the so-called Venti Size. The service in this shop is terrible. I ordered the Venti size Java chip Frappuccino, and the other cup is very small. She only gave me half a cup for no reason and no refund. Many shops have very good services, only this one has the worst service. Resolutely will not come again.

Literally the worst Starbucks in the area. People seem to be constantly waiting for their orders or they’re super frustrated with how long the staff is taking to make their orders. I was going to let them slide until I got yelled at for checking the drinks that were ready. Well, how the hell am I supposed to know if it’s mine if you don’t yell out the name or face the label towards us. You said you want us to ask you for health and safety reasons but that is way more inefficient than just simply calling out the name once you put it down. The drink ended up being mine, by the way. Y’all need to do better or get retrained on better customer service and how to work more efficiently.
I’m definitely going to avoid this location from now on since they’re clearly not improving in those areas.

The staff were welcoming. I asked for an English muffin breakfast and I asked for no sausage and the guy who was handling the warming up the sandwich gladly did it; you know some places they might give you the eye rolling but not this place. I like it when people are polite.
