Nice little shopping center. But this sbux is oriented such that the car windows reflect the sun blindingly into the shop for nearly an hour. Northeast facing patio would not have this problem

Hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Starbucks was at this location. The young man that took our order yesterday should not be working a customer facing role. He was rude and looking at the barista like we were taking up his time when it was not busy. They won’t ask or call your name so you are left wondering which drink is yours. To end the visit our hot drinks we ordered were warm at best. After reading some other reviews it seems as though this is the norm at this location. I would avoid it and go to another Starbucks.

Very nice spacing and layout. Good to meet people there. For this being Los Altos, I was shocked at the bathroom cleanliness (trash, hairs, etc.) and the main store. The drink was fine; customer service was non-attentive.

It’s not really different from any other Starbucks, which is to say that it’s great! The only downfalls are the long line and the fact that I can never catch them or really any other Starbucks with the cold brew whipped cream pre-made. Ordering ahead on the app is highly suggested with any Starbucks to avoid the line, and this one is no different. Even with the crowd, they made my drinks quickly and without any hiccoughs, even though my drinks are always complicated (I’m particular). The area was clean and well-kept, and the staff was friendly, polite, and professional. Customer service is not always easy, and it’s usually a thankless, low-paying job, so thanks to everyone there for all you do!

The heavier weight Latino lady with black hair is very rude, impolite, and aggressive. This store one of the worst customer service of all Starbucks stores I’ve been to. Straight up in your face disrespectful.
