I had a great experience at this Starbucks location. The place itself was clean, including the restrooms, and the staff were kind and helpful. Overall, I think it is a great place to stop for a coffee break.

First off, the first picture is Kumon, that’s not correct. Secondly, wasting electricity with all the lights on, and no indication on here that you’re closed. Billon dollar company can’t have its store open, guess it’s time to only support local small businesses instead.

I am giving 5 stars to not be a jerk, but the service was unacceptable. Unbelievably slow, basic order not punched in correctly that unnecessarily caused a line to form. Niccol, get off your private jet, stop fighting unions, and get your stores in order.

I like this Starbucks location. It’s clean and has plenty of space. The baristas are friendly, and there’s a good amount of seating, though it can get quite crowded at noon. The drinks are made just as you’d expect.

Very simple and obvious errors have been increasing at this branch lately. I order a large pot of coffee, but it comes medium. The coffees are not made with the utmost care. The taste difference is incredible. The Broadway/Burlingame branch should take extra care to eliminate these kinds of problems.

Your friendly neighborhood Starbucks. The blond coffee is really smooth. Service times are a bit slow though.

Once upon a time, Starbucks claimed to be a “third place” – not home, not work, but a warm, welcoming space to relax, recharge, and connect. That vision died somewhere under a former CEO hell-bent on maximizing revenue per square foot at the expense of everything that once made Starbucks special.

I recently stopped by a Starbucks needing a quick caffeine boost and a moment to charge my phone. You’d think that’s a pretty standard ask in 2025. But no – this location had zero outlets available for customers. When I politely asked a barista if there was a charger I could use, I was met with a flat, unapologetic, “We don’t have any. You’ll have to get your coffee and go somewhere else to charge.”

Translation? Pay up, then get lost.
