Went to pick up my mobile order that I get all the time, they gave me the drink in the first photo and immediately knew that’s what it’s not supposed to look like. Had them remake it, and was handed practically the same thing. I went to another location down the road and they made the drink properly in the paper cup in the second photo.

The barista at the drive thru window blew me off and sounded like I was an inconvenience when I asked if the drink could be remade. Definitely will not go back or recommend this location to any friends or family

I’ve never had issues at this Starbucks until yesterday in the morning and literally the entire day. Yesterday in the morning around 8:00-8:30 a.m. I ordered a turkey bacon egg white sandwich and I received it cold from the sandwich still being frozen when I bit into the egg cold water came out of it and it was solid in other areas that was so gross but because I was heading to work I wasn’t able to return it.

I gave it a second chance after work and when I walked in — ok no one greeted me lol and it’s ok no one needs to but wow, the staff a blonde young lady and her co worker were more happier having a conversation about who knows what then attending the customers. In addition the atmosphere— the staff seemed forced to work and I out of all people understand the world we live in and also work customer service and unless a customer is actually giving you a hard time—there’s no need for this inappropriate unprofessional behavior. I’m not asking you smile just say hello and don’t wait till I’m practically leaving to say “thank you have a good day” in a forced tone. This happened after 12:30.

One staff member that works there walked in used the restroom was not in uninform then headed to the bar area to chat away about some gossip. Absolutely inappropriate. It’s ok if staff who are not on the clock or will be on the clock of course use the restroom etc. but at least have some common sense to wait until there isn’t customers for you to talk about who ever “my friend doesn’t talk to me” I don’t go to Starbucks to listen to staff gossip, similar behaviors are the reason I personally left from toxic work environments, I go to get my food unfrozened and chill and head out. Please look at the camera on the particular staff team that was there yesterday excluding the gentleman he was ok.

I went inside the shop. There were only 3 customers including me in the lobby. There were approx 10 parking spots. I can only presume that the parking spaces were taken by the employees at this shop. They could have parked in the bigger parking lot next to McDonald’s and Home Depot. That was my only concern. The small parking lot should be a place for customers who would like to go inside.

I don’t know why, but this Starbucks always messes up my order, and then I’m stuck paying a ton of money for something I didn’t get. For example, a few weeks ago I ordered a nitro with vanilla sweet cream, but they gave me a drink with no sweet cream, just black nitro. Plus the line took so long, it took me about 20 minutes to get a drink I did not want. Then today I ordered a dirty chai, and I received a latte.

It’s very rare that I order coffee, and when I do it’s because I’m craving a specific drink, and it kind of ruins my day when I’m given the wrong drink.

Customer service is excellent at this location. The employees are quick to acknowledge and greet their customers. My order was made promptly and was exactly as it should be. This Starbucks is also a convenient location to visit when one is in the Seaside and Monterey area.

I am a regular customer at this place usually drive-thru; Earlier this morning I had the most unfriendly barista I ever met. I was in drive thru at 7:05 am and spent around 16$; when I tried to explain my prev experience to the lady at the drive thru, of a half-watered oat milk latte, she said she didn’t understand me : twice; I again explained at the pickup window; the lady at the window, said oh; and went on as if nothing happened; worst service and I’m not gonna visit this place again!

Coffee was good, but I was intending to spend half an hour here for some relaxation before heading into a busy day. No chance. It’s super small, with just 2 or 4 small tables and a couple of edgy wooden chairs. On top, very noisy. I did not stay and rather sat in the car instead. I think that says it all

I like this Starbucks and their employees are pretty awesome. Ariel hooked it up for my freebie bornday coffee, making it extra special for me. When she I was figuring out what to make me oh, I actually thought it might be too sweet but it was absolutely delicious. Thank you Ariel and the rest of the crew for the birthday wishes and smiles to start off my day along with this tasty beverage. Over time this has become my primary location for coffee and on-the-go food, as the orders are correct every time and the service is always phenomenal. When I need coffee, I actively plan my route around this location as other ones have been less reliable.

Highly recommend for service, order reliability and good quality coffee.
