Really nice baristas. No drive-through, but they had very quick service. Not a huge merch selection, a few big Monterey cups. Only a few tables available inside, no outside seating.

Out of all the Starbucks I’ve ever been to around the world, this Starbucks is the best I’ve ever been to. The staff is friendly, the barista is excellent, and the overall experience is just amazing.

This is probably the best Starbucks that I’ve been to. The ladies in here are passionate about their job and very knowledgeable. It’s very rare that you get passionate workers these days so any time I witness this I like to show love.
Does not have a drive thru at this location but the app orders are organized and easy. Also the atmosphere in the dining room is perfect. The ladies bring samples of new products around for guess to try. The music choice is pleasant and modern. So even though there is no drive thru when you come in you feel welcome and at home.

I used to really enjoy coming to the Countey Club Gate location but… now there is limited seating available, only paper cups and straws allowed, the atmosphere used to be welcoming but when there is sparse seating and it echos when talking I find it best “To Go”.

I thought the day would never come when a Starbucks opened in Pacific Grove, but I sure am happy that it did. I come here early in the mornings before I go to work and Ivy and all the ladies are amazing. Smiles galore when you walk in and they have never messed up an order of mine. Not to mention just the atmosphere between the employees is amazing. I highly recommend this one to everyone.

It’s not the same when it’s super busy they never make my oatmeal the way I order it and I always pay $2 extra for the what I add. It gets frustrating but can’t say anything because I’m always questioned if I’m sure my order was indeed incorrect made.

I just had a very nice visit at this Starbucks! I so badly wish I had got at least one name from the ladies working. My usual trip to any Starbucks consists of a quick in and out process which has never been bad. However, this location really stood out to me. Every staff member interacted with me is such a positive and fun way. I tried the new Oleato which I had no knowledge about. The woman at the register was very helpful in explaining while another woman behind the counter gave a great comparison to the drink I usually get. When I picked up my drink from the counter, the woman who had made it was extremely kind as well. They were all interested in what I thought of the new beverage. It was delicious ! I left there with all 3 wishing me well and a big smile on my face. Not to mention a refreshed outlook on humanity. Thank you, kindly, ladies!

Too slow. We were waiting for 15 minutes for a cup of coffee. We were just standing at the counter and this lady asked if we had questions – we said we are just waiting for our coffee and she said “we can refund if you can’t wait – i just got here” (really aggressively) What kind of service is this?
