Ive stopped here more than I probably should. The staff are generally nice and customer service oriented. However, they are always out of something (pre/post-covid), but the last few times I have gone they have somehow messed up my order(s). I order 1 of 3 custom drinks from here and this is the only Starbucks that has never made them right. The last time I was giving my drinks they were covered in whip and other sticky films (see pics). Probably will not give another chance after few tries in as many years…

I walked in & ordered a super simple venti blonde roast. NOTHING in it. But still waited 5-7 minutes for my coffee ☕ Luckily the staff was friendly and kind. (And I wasn’t in a hurry) To be fair; the drive through was busy)

Please check on the PM staff. I sent my husband for a coffee yesterday morning 2/9/25 and my drink didn’t have whip cream when it got to me. Which was really no big deal since we had plans to go out in the PM anyways, I thought, I will just swing by and get a cup on the way back home and throw the coffee in the fridge.
Well, on the way home, it was maybe 4pm-5pm and I stopped by the store to get whip cream and the store was closed so we ended going through the drive through.
I asked the lady how much would it be to get a tall cup of whip cream. She said she couldn’t give me one unless I bought a drink. I let her know, I was asking how much they would charge me and that I would pay for it.
She didn’t want to. I let her know I bought a drink in the morning and that I had receipt to show it on the app and she made like a “ahh deep breath” sound.
I asked, well can you sell me a side of sweet cream cold foam?
She didn’t know how to respond and was rude all about it. She asked “what do you want? To make your drink creamer? I can do a side of heavy cream and charge it as milk?”
I really thought, I am not asking for a lot. I am willing to pay. I got a drink that didn’t have the whipped cream THIS morning. I have been a paying customer.
She was new to me, I haven’t seen her.
Anyways, she told me through the speaker that she was going to do heavy cream for me. I asked her “how much will it be?” Just to have my payment ready for when I got to the window.
She told me “just pull up to the window!”
LOL OKAY chill.
Anyways, AM staff never has attitude like this and always greets with a smile and “GOOD MORNING” when I pick up my drinks.
Check on Ms. PM Grumpy, AM group. For no one to have stepped in, in what seems minutes at the speaker, is pretty concerning for this starbucks location and like a “normal” to treat people the way she did.
Once at the window, she did not even care to greet me, smile or anything.
I really do not see what I did wrong here, please enlighten me because I was willing to purchase from the beginning.

The baristas were very kind to my little boy, remaking his steamer when he accidentally dropped it. Plus the washrooms are very clean. Nice outdoor seating area.

Worst place ever! They really took about 30 mins to give me my drink and it wasn’t even busy. Even had customers who ordered after me get their stuff before me. So upsetting! I complained and I didn’t even get a complimentary reimbursement or apology. My cheese danish was cold by the time I got it. The guy with the long hair and glasses and the girl with the really short hair should really pay attention to what they’re doing!
