The staff turns the music up so loud that it’s impossible to stay inside. I’m sure they do it on purpose so people don’t stay too long. You can’t talk or relax because the music is just unbearably loud. Any requests to turn it down are ignored.

Open three months. They were out of most of the hot items on the menu and the bathroom was out of order. Disappointing since im sure this spot has mostly travelers stopping for food and a bathroom when they hop of Hwy 5.

Slowest drive through I’ve ever been in. We waited a good 20+ minutes with only four cars ahead of us. We are on a road trip with two toddlers and it was very frustrating to sit for so long with two toddlers in a line that wasn’t moving. I wish there was an extra line so we could have just left after 10 minutes of no movement in the line.

this place is pretty good but sometimes they don’t make my pink drink that good and has a coffee taste to it but its always a hit or miss. the food is pretty good like it usually is and depending on the time of day it could be slightly busy inside or in the drive thru.

Each time I’ve gone thru the drive thru the women who were there were awesome. The food was warm and good and the drinks were always exactly how I wanted and my pooches love their pup cups as usual. This one is a go to for sure.

We go to Starbucks about 4-5 days a week. I purchased a drink an hour away from Los Banos. I got to town early and decided to wait here. They asked me to leave because I didn’t purchase anything. It’s the new policy. I teach customer service and will share this experience with all my friends. You, politely lost a customer, or 10, 20 etc… sadly disappointing!
