Customer service is horrible from all staff not even a simple welcome or acknowledgement that we are present ,plus not friendly at all purchase plenty of items from them to treat customers this way and it’s not well appreciated I feel confident enough being myself work in customer service and it’s not ok ..from the manager to bottom staff smile be kind and nice definitely they need to get retrained and acknowledge there customers , be happy don’t be rude ,not a atmosphere I want to enter to , plus the wait it’s crazy when it was a simple mobile order Starbucks it’s a disappointment!

Great Starbucks location and very nice staff!! This was our first time visiting. It was a little difficult to find the entrance. You get there through the Chevy parking lot. Once we got that figured out, everything was great!! Enjoy your coffee!!

Bathrooms have key code to get in.
Mobile pickup was on the opposite side of the parking lot. Maybe that’s to discourage taking others items. But oh my parking lot is so small you have to run in to pick it up. It’s a bummer you have to go all the way through and around to the back.

AMAZING customer service and so immediate and attentive to my order! Marcos and Lacy were so professional but very amicable! I felt immediately welcomed into this new area, as my old, previous Starbucks weren’t nearly as wonderful as this one. Truly felt like I made some friends which made the coffee taste even better!
