Very disappointed with the service here went inside to Order a coffee and a bagel. And got told they cannot serve me because they didn’t have change for a hundred dollar bill. Pretty ridiculous, starbucks doesn’t have change for a hundred dollar bill.

Atascadero is a quaint little town – stopped here for my Morning Soy Latte Fix and Double Bacon & Egg Sammich

So far Starbucks, has been the only place across the US – latte with Soy Milk, which has tasted consistent & coffee not too hot

The last time I came to the Starbucks my mom and I were kind of disappointed. Because it took a really long time just to go through the drive-thru and usually the drive-thru is really quick but this time I went it was really quick and when we went inside my mom had a mobile order that atmosphere was nice the food was great we got I got a cheese danish and it was really chill inside good job starbucks!

I stop by this location at least once a week. I had already purchased a Venti coffee at a location in Morro Bay prior to hitting the road this morning, but realized I had forgotten to ask for ice and water. So I walked into this location with my water cup and my Venti coffee cup, and ask for an ice and water. I was told that I could not get ice in water unless I was a paying Customer. I explained that I had purchased coffee slightly earlier and was not gonna purchase another cup of coffee at that time. I was told I could not get ice and water unless I made a purchase and I could not use the restroom.

I did contact corporate, who explained to me they have a new code of conduct where you can no longer get ice and water without paying for an item. I wasn’t even offered the option to pay for ice and water. It was not explained to me at the counter that this was a new policy for them, I’ve done this before but typically at the time I order I ask for my ice and water, but again I had forgotten that morning because I didn’t take my cup into the establishment. Absolutely ridiculous when I’m standing there with a huge cup that had a ticket time stamped for earlier that day

First of all, the staff was so rude especially one gal. There was a woman with her toddler and they wouldn’t give the bathroom code before purchase even though this poor kid really had to go. When I suggested giving her the code she said they could leave and figure it out.

It took forever to get a drink even though there was no line. Overall horrible.

Incredibly unprofessional. I showed up to the drive thru and ordered in the app instead of saying my order out loud. The barista asked why I did that in a very rude way. I thought I was being helpful, but guess it threw a wrench in the system. There was no one in line so I didn’t think it was a problem.

I’m pretty sure there was no espresso in my latte and ended up driving down to another starbs to have it remade.

Two people visibly working on orders, and 3 more people behind the counter away from the registers looking at what appeared to be their cell phones. Watched and waited over 12min for my mobile order. No other person came into the store, no other mobile orders were put out and I only saw two cars receive their drinks.

My drink was made correctly and the store was clean.

This store is just a mess. First, they have a significant hours change but don’t bother to update their hours on Google. Customers should not be responsible for submitting edits to Google about changes to hours at a Starbucks. Then, despite having two people here for an hour and a third for a half-hour before opening, when they finally do open, they’re still not ready. I timed the first few cars and it was taking nearly 5 minutes per car, which is way to slow. It took 7 minutes for me to get my drink inside (I was only the third drink order). One of the girls (she seemed like the shift lead) was working really hard to clean before opening. The other two, however, looked more like they were moseying around like there was no rush to get anything done. Having ran a high volume coffee shop for several years, it’s unclear why it took three people nearly an hour to get the store ready to open.
