Absolutely the worst and longest wait time I’ve ever had in 10+ years of ordering Starbucks. The guy out front Tanner was giving favoritism to certain people one person in particular named Paige specifically mentioned he was prioritizing hers, since he knew this person. I waited over half an hour for two drinks. I had to remind them twice that I was waiting on drinks each drink being about 20 minutes apart.

Always loved customer service at this location but today I have to point out two employees due to today’s interaction. As I’m waiting for my order, roughly waiting 15 minutes inside the store. I noticed two employees having the time of their life’s, chatting it up, catching up with their personal life. Mr Miguel and Ms. Nishell, thought it was a good idea to sit by the register for 15 minutes and have the audacity to still go to the back to continue there conversation in private. while the drive through was flooded with customers and while their co-workers were behind on drinks since it was rush hour. not giving them the support they needed. One of the dirtiest, nastiest SB with a haughty, rude guy at the register who just stood there and didn’t even acknowledge us standing at the counter waiting for him to take our order. Is it because we are two older latinas who are not worth his time? We walked in to make time while our order next door was being made. Next time I have to be in Lemoore, I will make sure I bring my own coffee in my hydroflask.

Just went through the drive true and ordered a Grande Hot Chocolate. I received a Grande Peppermint Mocha. I hate Peppermint so that had to go. Thought I would call store to let them know the mix up incase they were a car off where everyone else got what they ordered. No one answered the phone. Sorry fellow customers, I tried! Broke my heart pouring 5.00 down the drain since this girl can’t do Peppermint.

Employee made my drink wrong, I let them know and a different employee was upset about it. She made me a “new one” which was literally the same drink but added a bit color to it. Tastes like ice then when she went to “give it to me” she slid it and rolled her eyes. Rude employee.

Starbucks is always my go-to. My drink is always satisfactory and is a nice treat. And I was hoping my experience would be that, a treat. Unfortunately the unwelcoming staff doesn’t make the experience enjoyable. I usually stop in and read or do some work in the shop because I like the atmosphere. The staff is cold and unwelcoming, barely even looking you in the eye. I was ignored at the register when I approached with a smile. I was ready to be patient as it was 8:30 am and super busy. I felt like me ordering was an inconvenience so I just ordered on my phone. It was faster. I’ve had 2 experiences like this both at the register. But I get it, it’s packed and busy but I was patient and excited to get my morning treat. I will just mobile order from now on the avoid these interactions with staff.
