They were extremely rude and messed up our whole order! We were kind and gave them another chance but they continued being rude. And messed up our order a second time and were complaining to fix my refresher because they swore they got it right. We have been regulars coming to this location but the people working the shift at 10 or 11 are extremely rude. They ignored up the first time they got it wrong and we were still in the drive through so we had to get out of the car to ask for our drinks to be made . They kept gossiping and giving us bad faces. God bless them we still live Starbucks but it really upsets us on how rude they were this drink was supposed to have cold foam

I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location. The first time I visited, I ordered a matcha drink that was poorly mixed—it had noticeable clumps, which made it unpleasant to drink. I decided to give it another try today and ordered an iced caramel macchiato, but unfortunately, it was just as disappointing. The drink tasted watered down and had a burnt aftertaste.

This is my favorite location in town since I have always had a great experience coming here. All the workers who have helped me have always been very friendly and polite. Most notably, today i went in for my routine iced coffee and they were handing out samples of their new drink. I quickly mentioned to one of the nice workers how i was very excited because it sounded like a better alternative to the usual energy drinks my boyfriend normally drinks. She then proceeded to ask me if i wanted to try out one of the flavors they offered the drink in since she had only made one of them. I swiftly said yes and when she came back from making the drink she handed me a tall sized drink! I figured she was making me a sample size but instead she handed me a tall. I will be sharing this with my boyfriend but i thought it was so nice of her to do! It made my whole morning. Shout out to Richie for being not only nice and polite but for going above and beyond for a customer!

The latest team here is awesome! Not only is everyone so sweet but they also make every effort to get your order exactly right. They definitely go the extra even when they don’t have to. I really enjoy going to this Starbucks and I feel like they actually know me as a customer. Even my coworkers and I were just talking about how kind and caring everyone seems at this location that it feels warm and friendly and not big box store coffee shop.

The food is prepared & delivered to the location. The quality of food is not reflected on this Starbucks. I get the Feta Egg White Wrap & love it. But, have ordered the PB&J & was extremely disappointed. When you opened the bread the PB&J was about the size of a 50cent piece between the bread. It was not even thick enough to say they spread it. What was there, had soaked into the bread. It was ridiculous! We had gone through drive-thru. I called & complained & they had no problem replacing it with something else.
