This was one of the worst coffee experiences I’ve had. My cup was filled almost entirely with ice and barely any coffee, it genuinely looked like someone had already taken a sip before giving it to me. When I went back to ask for a simple cup of ice, the employee acted irritated and told me that “next time” I should ask at the front, as if handing over a cup of ice was some massive inconvenience. Amazing how difficult basic customer service can be. Won’t be back.

I really enjoy getting my hot chocolate and butter croissant here almost every morning. My mom’s favorite is the vanilla latte. The people who work here I think are the friendliest out of all the Starbucks in Orange.

Terrible service.
My drink was made horribly and when I got the chance to taste the drink @ home it was past closing time to call back for a refund / remake.
I call to speak to the manager for my $9 drink Julian made it as if he was upset to be working. When calling your shift lead Dom stated that due to it not being the same day unfortunately there’s nothing we can do about that.
I went around closing so how would I be able to call same day Dom?
I will be in soon since Dom stated the manager Sam being on vacation but apparently “didn’t know when the manager is coming back.”
She was rude and hung up on me when I was asking questions.

Went about 5 days ago in the evening. The cashier seemed to have a “don’t really care attitude”. Got a venti cookie crumble creme frappuccino . For whatever amount of the actual drink I had was good unfortunately at this location it was 90% whip cream. All of that on top was just cream.. even after mixing it it just tasted like chocolate flavored whip cream and it was just at the most a 10 minute drive back . The one on 17th Street does a good job , they put whip cream too and it has never separated the way this one did .

Both baristas were very friendly and accommodating. They gave my family and I service with a smile and were quick to upgrade my drink when unfortunately they ran out of my original order. Definitely coming back!

I received poor customer service – it was really embarrassing and could definitely be improved upon in the future. Another customer made a comment asking why the barista was so rude. I later called and asked to speak to the manager – the guy who picked up the phone said the manager wasn’t there. I asked when she would be in and he said, “I’m allowed to disclose that information” crazy!
