I frequented this Starbucks years ago when I spent time in this area. I stopped by this morning as I had an appointment near by. It continues to be a wonderful Starbucks location! The food is always fresh and the coffee made to order. The individual taking the order as well as the individual at the window were both kind and courteous.

This Starbucks is conveniently on the corner. The drive thru line is long and we were just picking up a prescription at Walgreens. So we walked over after placing an online order. The drive thru line was going pretty fast and the girls working seem like they didn’t want to help the 3 people standing outside in the freezing cold. I immediately regretted ordering. No where to sit, no heat lamps. Do not go here unless you plan to do drive thru.

I stopped at this store on my way back from a trip around 5pm, its not my usual starbucks. I mobile-ordered and stopped by the window about 7 minuted later, and it was ready. I appreciated their friendliness at the window. Im pretty sure I was helped by “Ashley”, but didnt catch her name. They seem to have large lines but still treated me with care and my drinks tasted correct and delicious.

First of all, this is a drive thru Starbucks with a walk-up order window. There were no chairs outside when I visited, but there were tables and umbrellas. I had their limited time Summer-Berry Lemonade Refresher. The drink has raspberry flavored pearls. They looked quite busy but not badly so. It’s a small area, so be mindful of the traffic flow here.

I ordered a iced caramel machiato with extra ice and extra caramel drizzle. Was not extra at all. I didn’t not like my drink at all. Felt it was a waste of money. And really disappointed because I come here every morning and the morning staff make it right every morning but coming in the afternoon seems they don’t know how to make it. Wish I could get my money back

Rude girl at the drive thru this morning, I didn’t like my drink so asked to change it and she looked irritated and at one point started rolling her eyes at me and just giving a ton of attitude. I’ve never had an issue at this location until today.

The wait in the drive through caused a 5-10 min delay from the customer in front of us.
So the americano tasted like water to our friend and the brown sugar shaken espresso gave my other friend diarrhea. Please, make sure your oatmilk is not expired.

Maria the barista was purple hair lacks human decency and was incredibly rude to me when I asked to use the restroom after I already bought a string cheese. I can’t believe Starbucks allows this kind of behavior. I’m so upset and angry with how I was treated even other people said to leave a review. Do better Starbucks this girl is rude and entitled. Never again. Tierra Mia is better !
