Reviewing a Starbucks — I know it’s just a coffee place, I get it, I do. But let me preface this by saying I’m the type of person who, when I move or start a new job, I need a local coffee shop nearby. They’re not the only ones close by, but there’s a reason I always come back to THIS Starbucks.
I’m a teacher, and most nights I need a coffee, a pick-me-up, or something to keep me going after a long day at work. There are days I walk here on my lunch, days I come before work, and even days I stop in after everything is done. I’ve never had a discrepancy with my food or drink — it always tastes exactly how it’s supposed to.
But what really makes this location stand out is the staff and the environment they bring, not just to their customers but to each other. They’re kind, friendly, efficient, and very vocal and easy to talk to. They never get irritated when you ask questions or request certain things (like when I ask if new items have cinnamon so I don’t die trying something new). They’re very understanding when mistakes are made, and every single one of them genuinely makes the place a better space to be in.
When I’m lucky enough to sit inside and enjoy my drink or food, you can really see how well they work as a team while still being incredibly friendly. They’re not judgmental in the least and are always very helpful. The bathroom is always clean when I go in, and even during a rush, I don’t think I’ve ever seen a single one of them visibly mad or upset.
On top of all that, I’ve even received some really beautiful coffee art on my lattes, which just shows the extra care they put into what they do.
This may just be my experience, but I truly think this is the best Starbucks I’ve been to.

Giving atmosphere a5 because I ordered on the app so I didn’t stay. My hot coffee was not double cupped which normally I don’t care but when I got to my destination my cup holder had coffee in it as the base was leaking. I ordered extra creamer which was not there. I rarely come here but it’s always something.

Customer service is excellent at this Starbucks, not only they are fast and efficient but they are also kind. I stop by early morning (6:30 am) and leave around 9:00 am, they greet, and help customers in the best possible way, speaking for my self makes that makes my day. They music is great nothing crazy or boring. The environment is welcoming and inclusive, love the option of the outside patio.
Today I changed my usual and found that the drink I got didn’t get along with my taste buds, so a gentleman named Rami helped me out with that situation. Overall great job, great team.

I came with my friend to get some coffee, bread and relax, while doing some computer work, at 20:07 I tried using their bathroom and I was denied access as I was told it was closed for the night, Erin told me I could go across the lot to use a restroom somewhere else. I got very upset for the reason that they won’t close until 21:00. What a ridiculous experience after drinking a cup of coffee and a venti cup Of tea. lol

The Starbucks in Hemet, require a double cup policy because the cups are flimsy for hot coffee, I literally just had my vehicle detailed inside and out and when I grabbed coffee from this place it was single cupped and when I put it in my cup holder the lid popped off and then ensued coffee all over my vehicle.
The employees are super cool and gave me a new coffee but the mess alone in my vehicle is unfortunate.

I use door dash frequently and store 121- across from baskin Robbin’s and home goods make the drinks for Brea. My drinks are always screwed up. Something forgotten etc… I called and spoke to BRISON, and he refused to send an order again to replace the wrong order. Useless STARBUCKS!!!

I went to this location to order an ice water. I have always enjoyed water from Starbucks because it is refreshing. The associate Mel told me when placing my ice water order that he could not serve me an ice water. I then asked why and he said company policy doesn’t allow for ice water unless there is a purchase. Now, I was willing to pay for my water however that was not offered. Furthermore when I asked if I could pay for a cup for the water, I was told no. The supervisor Bryson that came out after I asked to spend with a manager, also did not try to accommodate me in any way with the exception of passing along the District Managers business card. Needless so say, I nor my kids will not come
