Stopped by and ordered my usual, stood around for quite a while until an attentive employee by the name of AUSTIN noticed I had been waiting for some time and asked if I was waiting for an order, after I told him my order he then asked if I had ordered it for the right location. Upon looking into it I ordered it for a different Starbucks. He immediately remedied the situation by remaking my order and did so with sincerity which made me feel appreciated as a customer. It’s my second time here and I’ve enjoyed my experience each time. I would be remiss not to mention there was also a young lady who took my “re-order” who was also very helpful and sweet.
All you really need to know is that….

I had an event and I ordered a traveler for pickup. It was supposed to be ready by 7:30am the next morning. When I got there, they had not started brewing it. They told me to wait 5 minutes. It was not crowded. I had to ask again if it was ready and then they gave it to me 15 minutes late.
The parking lot is a little small. There is some seating inside. It’s a very convenient location near the 405 freeway, which usually makes it crowded.

This is a very busy Starbucks. They only have one single-unit bathroom (which can build a line) and is a little dirty, but they had cute LGBT PRIDE tumblers and cups! I bought the tumbler for PRIDE month! This starbucks needs more space inside and more seating; it was overall very crowded in here.

If I can give no stars I would. Terrible attitude from the young lady behind the counter. Stopped here to get my coffee fix in. Had to use restroom as well. Asked the young lady for restroom. Ridley responded I needed to buy something first. Well, I am in line, but need to use restroom first. If he looks can kill, she killed me 10 times before I chose to take my business elsewhere. Horrible energy here.

My daughter picked my drink up for me. Otherwise, i would have confronted this issue at the store as well. my daughter heard the barista criticize my order, saying, ” I don’t know why they’d order this. There’s so many ingredients. They could just order…” That wouldn’t have bothered me, but the drink is horrendous. it has so much extra syrup that i can not drink it. as a suggestion, maybe don’t run everybody’s order through your mind and approve or disapprove on your own opinions. i paid for a product that is offered in a customizable way. i should not have over an inch of syrup just because it’s one of the ingredients to be included. an employee sabatoging a customer’s drink because of poor work ethic should be addressed and corrected by management.

I just moved to the area and have been coming to this location daily for over month, sometimes ordering multiple drinks. I placed a mobile order this morning and I always get a Venti iced mocha with 9 pumps and 5 shots of espresso with light ice. I was a bit puzzled When I saw that the cup was halfway full So I asked the barista why I was halfway full and she said it’s because I ordered light ice and then proceeded to tell me that she didn’t know if I needed the extra cup room. She was polite, but then she asked me what I wanted her to put in it. I’m guessing milk I don’t know. I don’t make the drinks, but I do know that every time I get them they’re filled up. I guess she put more milk in it, which it came out good and then added the whip cream, I felt that there’s a little bit of sarcasm because who pays nine dollars for a coffee to get it halfway full. I don’t know it just rubbed me the wrong way
