This Starbucks is absolutely amazing! The atmosphere here is just full of good energy and positivity. Blair is such a cool guy — he really sets the tone for the whole place! Because of him, there’s always a great, cheerful vibe, and it just feels so nice to be here. Even if you just stop by for a few minutes, you leave in a better mood.

It’s a hit and miss. It has been consistently good with the 5 shots espresso and 3 white mocha pumps and have made the best one out of all the Starbucks but I guess now it depends on the Barista. Today tasted not good maybe as they were rushing the drinks out. My drink was made by the guy with the dirty long blond. Starbucks is not cheap costing almost $7 a drink and I wish they could uphold the quality vs cost. No longer my favorite Starbucks location for this drink.

This Starbucks location has the greatest staff , they are very friendly and always greet you with a smile in their voice even though you can’t see it because it’s under a mask. right now the holiday drinks are booming and the store looks cute and it’s decorated nicely. They remodeled the interior to be dinky, dark, and uncomfortable so that customers feel uninvited and will leave faster. The design is almost hostile to customers.
They also no longer offer water and charge high prices for outright bad coffee. I ordered a simple latte and it tasted like unseasoned instant noodles. If you’re going to spend that much on coffee, you’re better off going to any of the dozens of small, local coffee shops in the area. Same price but with actual quality and friendliness.

The only reason I am giving 3 stars instead of 2 is because the young lady at the counter, I believe Jackie is her name, was very courteous.
I stopped by to get a coffee thermos and a pound of coffee and was not 100 percent successful. After asking Jackie about the pound of Italian roast I wanted, she referred it to another gentleman employee there, who started searching in some cupboards below the coffee cup display, stating that it was moved that morning, but then coming up empty handed stating that there is none and they are “all out.”
Starbucks used to have no issues grinding up some beans for a customer to purchase. I guess now they are only interested in making drinks at the counter. I find it hard to believe that they had no more Italian roast beans in the whole store and this is not the first time they pulled this on me. Time to find a new coffee joint.
Update. In the typical fashion that so many businesses today erroneously follow, Starbucks has replied to my dissatisfaction with a boiler plate automated response, pretending to care (because of course they are so busy) and referring me to a website website for additional remarks. Sorry Starbucks but I am not going to jump through any hoops for you (which you should actually be doing for the customer), and if you didn’t catch my drift in my above review, I can’t help you any further!

A very clean and professional store. I love the mural, and the service was always very fast and kind. There was a older hipster vibe with a lot of people working on laptops. The store has a chill phrontistery feel. I have been here a few times, and it was always consistently good.

As a black coffee drinker, I tried Dutch Brothers Coffee. They do not serve Drip coffee! It’s expresso watered down called Americano and it’s weak. Im back to Starbucks and love their brew machine and the selections of black coffee. Taste is bold and experiential.
