I had a great experience at the Starbucks in Ladera Ranch! The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and they got my order just right. The store was clean and had a cozy vibe, perfect for working or catching up with friends. My favorite drink, the caramel macchiato, was perfectly made—smooth and delicious.
Parking was easy, and I noticed the service was quick even though it was a busy time. Definitely one of the better Starbucks locations in the area!

1/24/25 about I didn’t get his name but the man who served me the matcha latte was the friendliest Starbucks service I’ve gotten in a while! Also I have to say, the matcha latte yall made for me actually tastes like it was made with care. Not clumpy or super milky like I always recieve it at other locations. Tried this location again 8 months later and Michael is SO SWEET. I’ve never been asked what order I’m waiting on before and he asked almost immediately and made sure I got it. They managed to lose my second drink but he was on top of it.

Starbucks is always a great place to stop and get a coffee or a good snack to eat. They have gift cards for sale and these make great gifts. I like to bring some Starbucks pastry as a gift whenever I visit my mom. She loves that kind of thing. This is a good Starbucks the place is always clean and nice. They are fast and you get in and out very quickly. Highly recommend

I accidentally ordered for pickup from the wrong Starbucks and was fully prepared to drive to the other one since it was my mistake, but the barista working offered to make me the drink anyway and she didn’t make me feel bad about it at all. She was extremely kind and accommodating!

I ordered a drink and used the bathroom.
I was bitten by a flea in the restroom.
I thought it was a mosquito, but when I got home, I realized that were flea bites.
It’s so dirty and disgusting.
The bathroom was not clean and smelly.
How can you manage hygiene like this!
Did not clean and sanitize regularly?
Give the manager and staff hygiene training!

I wanted to write a review to thank Jaclyn for her kindness one morning when I ordered on mobile to the wrong store. I come to this Starbucks a fair amount but I don’t think they recognize me as I always order mobile. Even though I didn’t know Jaclyn she kindly had my drink remade for me without charge even though it was my mistake. I know most baristas would not have done that so wanted to recognize her great customer service!
