Great company, Starbucks coffee is one of the best here. Service was awesome, friendly staff. Looks great around the place, wooden tables. The drinks here are the normal casual Starbucks. Nothing too special, first time trying Starbucks in LA. At least, reviewing one. Overall great place, would 100% agree best Starbucks in Los Angeles, California. I say, it’s been a long time single I’ve came to Starbucks. The food itself also looks tasty, it is freshly made every day.

I visited the Starbucks at La Paz and Crestina in Mission Viejo today, and I had the worst customer service experience. I’m not usually one to complain, but this was genuinely frustrating. I stood there just to get a simple cup of water, and I ended up waiting forever. The barista was busy flirting with the customer in front of me and completely ignored me. When it was finally my turn, they told me to go place an order just for the water, and then kept me waiting even longer. Meanwhile, they kept chatting away and didn’t pay attention to my simple request. My husband had to go ask again, and they still took forever, asking unnecessary details about our order, and in the end, they gave us our main order but never even bothered to hand us the water. Overall, it was a really bad customer service experience.

I ordered a venti caramel macchiato and it was basically all milk with less then an inch of coffee it was extremely disappointing but my social anxiety is to much to complain in person , also the wait was more then 10 minutes when I mobile ordered it as I was driving to the store . Won’t be coming back here

This is such a great Starbucks, I love the service and all of the people. I am proud to say that this has been my regular Starbucks for 2 years now and for all the times I have been there THEY HAVE NEVER GOTTEN MY ORDER WRONG ONCE!!! I love them so much.

I’m giving this particular establishment a 5/5 rating without having any prejudice towards Starbucks, one way or the other. Well maintained spot, with calm/nature infused outdoor area. Additionally two, individual-bathrooms w modern look, averaged sized indoor dining area – with plenty of power outlets to accommodate. WiFi strength/signal is average; ran thru Google WiFi service like most of their other locations.
No drive thru. Best of all- staff is always friendly, on multiple occasions I haven’t been disappointed.

Filthy beyond reason, service was friendly, drinks came out quickly, bathrooms were disgusting, only one if them has a locking door, garbage cans inside and out overflowing, tables were dirty. The location seemed staffed well enough, at least 4 folks behind the counter and they weren’t busy, yet couldn’t manage to clean, much of the filth did not expect to be new but looked like a slow build. It’s a shame, the location is cute with big windows

Grew up in this neighborhood since 1995. Used to know this shop as a Deidrichs and never had an issue. I don’t know what happened here, but the last handful of orders have been a complete mess up. The guy in the morning is at least accommodating when there’s an issue but Emily was a real negative encounter. I’ll take my business elsewhere if this is the type of person Starbucks hires.

The baristas at this location are outstanding, always friendly and accommodating, even with my specific requests. They provide excellent service and the store looks amazing. The location is great and it’s worth a visit. Be aware though, the mobile ordering system may not always work, but don’t blame the baristas for it. Realize it’s near Mission Viejo high school so it can get busy.
