If you go through the walk up window your still behind the cars. Waited for one nitro cold brew coffee for 15 minutes. I’d only come here if you have time to spare or else risk waiting a while. I know this place is new so maybe they’ll have things smoothed out

I went with my daughter to this location today… The demeanor was not welcoming and rude from the beginning when my daughter was placing the order and then the manager refused to honor the birthday drink/ offer although I provided my reward application and show ID.
Not going back to this location.
Try the Starbucks next door, they are more friendly and they will not let you leave without your favorite drink (Unfortunately was closed at that time.)

Update: Disappointed in Starbucks’ New Water Policy
As a loyal Starbucks customer for over 20 years, I was shocked to learn they no longer offer complimentary water unless you make a purchase. When I politely asked for a cup, the cashier rolled her eyes and smugly told me it was the CEO’s new policy, then snarkily suggested I buy a bottled water instead.
Starbucks built its reputation on community and customer loyalty, but this policy sends the opposite message. A simple gesture of goodwill costs them next to nothing, yet speaks volumes about how they value their customers. Many local coffee shops still get this, so that’s where I’ll be going from now on. I hope Starbucks rethinks this and remembers that customer experience matters just as much as the bottom line.

I have a Starbucks addiction and have been to more locations than I can count. I will NEVER come back to this store again as it was the worst service I have ever had with this franchise. The manager was combative and rude to put it nicely. The location just down the street has happy and welcoming staff that keep me coming back each week. Head to that one instead if you know what is good for you!

Some of the baristas are unfriendly and have an attitude. Who needs that! This brings the star count down. Im all about service and attentiveness. If I don’t want human contact, I can just doordash everything and it won’t have to be Starbucks. Other than that, the food and drinks are consistent across the Starbucks brand. There’s a walk-up window, but no place to sit and enjoy your cup of coffee outside, unfortunately. There is the walk-in Starbucks Cafe in the same plaza, though. There’s also delicious Wendy’s donuts you can pair up your coffee with. ☕️

I think I’ve been to this location 10 times at this point and have only had two baristas that even acknowledged me. I always say hello, thank you and have a nice day and all I receive back from most of them is here you go and that’s literally it. Please don’t work in customer service if you can’t be friendly and say at least HAVE A NICE DAY. Besides that, the food and drinks are consistent.
