So good, it gives me a craving. I’m obsessed with the Brown Sugar Oatmilk Cortado and this is THE BEST place to get it. I know SBux prides themselves on having a great experience at every location, but I’m telling you, no where else makes a Cortado like this location. Everyone on their crew does it the same way, and it’s perfect every time (even when they are slammed).
I go out of my way to get it from THIS location with THIS crew.

Kaylen was rude when I went to order my items. I asked for water and she immediately was snappy and said I needed to purchase something to get water when I had already ordered 2 drinks and a food item. I told her this and she then proceeded to tell me to just say thank you for the water and that made no sense. Overall just had a bitchy attitude especially for being a manager. I am a consistent customer and dont need to catch attitude for asking for a water.

Why spend 2x as long to order, 2x as much and get less than half from here compared to any local coffee spot. Literally a waste of time and money coming into this store versus any local vietnamese spot around.

Avoid this location. I have given them so many chances, so the problem must lie in their management and training. As a absolute last resort I went there this morning take a look at my over cooked egg bites. In edible. Also they consistently put the order label low on the cup so that the only thing showing is your name and not The type of beverage ordered. This results in a person having to touch five other cups in order to find your beverage. A waste of $9.40 this morning, again, at this location.

Beware DoorDash dasher or Uber delivery in this Starbucks . The store manager don’t welcome you for delivery and very rude for your skin color if you really like pick up order from please let them check your order before you leaving . Otherwise they will asking you not come this store again !

They are short staffed. The place is messy. People don’t toss out their own sugar wrappers and such, or wipe up their own spills. Parking is chaos. Go to the nearby location by Lowe’s instead of here.

Just a horrible experience. Even been here for long time. Lady at register keeps chit chatting with customer before the order. It’s ok I can handle that and wait, order finished and she still keeps talking letting you wait :-(. So rude. Starbucks hope it gets replaced soon by real coffee shops owned by hard working owners! Called that Starbucks up she said, “I don’t think you waited that long”
