A couple of weeks ago I took my Corgi in for a pub cub and they said they welcomed dogs cuz that my pump cup can have his puff cook inside their facility. Everything was great. My corgi was popular. Everybody in line was loving on my dog. Great experience! I took photos. The next day. I took two more dogs, my other Corgi and another little lap dog. I love to shop at Starbucks so I would would spending some time since no one was in there. Looking at the merchandise. I love those coffee cups. The 1999 ones the $25 ones. I have a collection of them at home. Everyone at Starbucks has always been nice to me. Smiles all across the way. Bought this Starbucks. Nothing to do with smiles except the berry stuff that helped me with my order. Super sweet guy took my order. Nobody was in line. I have my two dogs in the stroller. My mother-in-law was watching my other little lap dog waiting for me to order my pup cups and my cake pop which was the wrong color when they gave it to me. I asked for a chocolate cake pop and they gave me a pink one. Then I ordered a cheese danish and they burned it. It was black on the bottom. I have pictures. Then another employee came up to to the guy taking my order and looked at me and said can I please borrow him for a moment with the horrible look on her face like attitude and all like I was taking up too much of his time. Mind you nobody is behind me. Again. I asked him it’s my dog. Welcome here or the other dogs welcome here. Can they drink their puff cook in the lobby and he said yes. As I’m waiting the other employee which claim she was the manager and the owner told me that I needed to leave that I was now trespassing and I started to record her and said wow. Is this the way you treat people here? Is this the first Starbucks that I encounter where everybody’s booty except the guy at the counter? Of course you are not the face of Starbucks. You look like you just woke up and rolled out of bed. I’m going to record you and I’m going to blast you on social media. This is not how you treat people. I’ve worked at the post office for 19 years. I am the lead clerk there. I have a little bit of customer service skills and I know that it is my right to record. Thanks. She told me that I had no authority to record her and I said I do. This is a public establishment and I can record whatever I want. She then told her coworker to call the police and that I was trespassing and that I had to leave. She told me Starbucks told them to tell me that I had to leave and then I said no. I’m a paying customer. I’m going to get my order and then I can go on my way that I paid money here and I have done nothing wrong. My dogs were welcome yesterday and today they were not. Somebody. Please tell me what I did wrong? Because I can’t find a darn thing. Even the customer behind me said did they really just call the police? Doesn’t Huntington Beach have anything better to do? Anyhow the lady by the name of Rico the one that said she was the manager and the owner of the establishment told me that I was not allowed back and then she took my picture and I smiled and I said are you going to put my picture up there and saying that I’m not allowed back in and she said yes that she was going to do that. At this point I am now calling please to let them know I have done nothing wrong and they told me they’re on their way talk to them when they get there. When they arrive they were already hostile. Apparently the phone call they got wasn’t about my dogs. It was about a woman yelling which I never once raised my voice in there and that I was shoplifting.!! Can you believe this? All this time? I thought it was about my dogs and now they said I was yelling on shoplifting LOL. Mind you my corgi’s are $3,000 each and a coach purse. Does it really seem like a person like me is going to shoplift? That is what I told. The cop officer Morris asked me for my ID. So as soon as I reached for my ID he grabbed my arms and arrested me acting as if I was going to pull out a gun for a knife or some kind of a weapon LOL. Totally uncalled for that’s

This Starbucks location is beautifully designed and a standout landmark in the heart of Main Street, Huntington Beach. They carry all the usual menu items and give great customer service. Parking can be difficult but worth the struggle, so make it worth it by staying a while and shopping at all the local businesses up and down Main St.

We were at Huntington Beach this past weekend it’s our favorite place to be. My daughter decides to go into this Starbucks to ask for a venti water very politely. And this Chinese or Korean looking guy answered very rude you need to purchase a food item . My daughter ordered a food item but she did not get her venti water. Worst customer service ever this guy needs to get better training. We will no longer go to this Starbucks while in Huntington Beach.

According to the Internet this establishment is open until 930pm but the barista inside said 9pm. Which is it? Also I was disappointed that there was no bathroom at least I didn’t see one. The baristas were nice people by the way.
