I would like to say thanks to an amazing barista names Tori!…today was my birthday and i was having trouble with the app to get a free drink..she was extremely extremely plentiful of changewith me. I had planety of change i was countingnoit. Tori was extremely patient and very very kind unfortunately I cannot say the same for a few of the other women that were in there giving me dirty looks and you can tell that they were very frustrated at the fact that I had changed that I was counting out was just goes to show me. I just really hope that toys management team sees this and recognizes her for her amazing hospitality and patience I worked in the food industry for about 18 years and you know it’s sometimes very uncomfortable going in with a bunch of change but money is money and some people don’t ever have to experience you know being broke or not having enough money to buy something to eat.

We take a drive to ortega highway this location is very convenient for me at least , when to the Starbucks on central and to buzy … so this location is a small Starbucks but the service was awesome i even got a puppy chino for mi dodle!!also u can order on the window…. Small well located and fast service… excellent work to the employees working there !!

The staff is always do nice and friendly. This Starbucks sits at a very busy intersection so they are often extremely busy with a very long line, BUT the workers are very quick and the line always moves very quickly.

I placed a mobile order it said 7-10 minutes I wad there after 10 minutes and I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to be there in the window I said I was here for my order they only had 2 out of the 3 drinks I had to wait 5 minutes for my 3 drink to be ready I had been to different Starbucks ans the the worst starbucks I have ever been to I will never come back to this specific store in lake elsinore not recommended

Placed a mobile order, ready time said 4-10 minutes. I showed up within a minute of placing the order. At the speakers I was told they just got it. ok, there were two cars in front of me so not a big deal. When I got to the window I was told mobile orders are a minimum 10 minute wait and they are not a priority but at the time my drink was given to me it had been six minutes so I don’t understand what the big deal was. I waited just like anyone else would and it wasn’t crazy busy. I just feel it wasn’t necessary to go out of his way to point out to me multiple times the unhappiness of my mobile order. There has been times it said 15 mins and I end up waiting 25 minutes and no I’m not exaggerating. Do better, we pay the money for the drink and Starbucks employees don’t make min. wage.

Rogue Management that always does what they want and allow their employees to act out and give you attitude instead of service. Always gets my orders wrong but cries about 0.50 cents refills. Starbucks now has competition in lake Elsinore…I’m switching to Dutch Bros instead of spending 9 bucks at this nasty unfiltered water location that brews nasty coffee. I contacted corporate and the same attitude…they think they are doing me a favor every time I show up to spend 10 dollars daily for over 12 years. I think management gets paid partly on how low they can keep operation costs and that includes giving you shitty old coffee that is not even worth going back to complain.

Normally my experience here is good. There’s a handful of good employees that do their job well but there’s also a few employees that aren’t very good at their job I’ve had them mess up my order multiple times and just all together aren’t very good with customer service. Other than these few bad experiences this Starbucks is quite fast and efficient.

If you love Starbucks, you love Starbucks, I really like this one because they offer a drive thru and a walk up as well as inside dining. You can’t ask for more. As for the drinks… all starving are the same (thank goodness) and the service here was great. Even the pup cups are awesome lol.
