So so happy right now. I’m hoping I’m leaving my review for the correct Starbucks (should be the new one near Target with the drive thru) I was having issues with my app and was worried I wouldn’t be able to get my birthday drink and after explaining what happened they were able to still make my day! Very nice inside but bad service. I went in for a hot chocolate. I figured it would be simple and quick. They took them 14 minutes to make it and I was the only customer inside. Two other people came inside while I was waiting and they even got their drinks before me and it was more than one drink. Not sure why they don’t take care of the people that are here first. It isn’t until after when I came up asking about my drink that I received it within a minute .Oh by the way, FYI there was four people working at the time. After I already got my order other people started coming in and they got their order within a couple of minutes. Literally, I can’t make this up.

I think it’s insane that some worker here followed me into subway to ask me to not park my truck infront of there store with a near empty parking lot. There was still 4 empty spaces behind me truck. Like first of all this place has messed my order up a few times and I don’t say anything cause it’s not big deal whatever but to follow me 4 stores down to complain I think is crazy next time they should mind their business
