I went THREE DAYS IN A ROW. Wednesday they didn’t add the strawberry puree in the double berry, Thursday they didn’t add the ginger cold foam & it tasted like horchata, and today they put ice when I put no ice.

I’ve had multiple experiences at this Starbucks location, and unfortunately, they did not meet my expectations. The coffee was never well-prepared, and even when I requested extra caramel, it was always lacking. The quality just doesn’t compare to other Starbucks locations. Additionally, when picking up orders in the drive-thru, the cups are sometimes dirty, and ordering through the app leads to excessive wait times. Today, I placed an order in advance and still waited an additional 15 minutes once I arrived. Overall, I will not be returning to this location.

I try to avoid this location because every time I go here it’s always the same thing. Attitudes are horrible they ignore you when standing in front of the cashier. Their faces and attitudes feel like your an inconvenience. I have gone through drive thru and it’s the same energy. If am gonna be paying that much for a beverage at least say good morning. It’s happed twice where I go and my drinks also suck. Yes, I can ask to remake it but I order in advance cuz I got places to go. Over all I rather go to the one by the freeway or the one by valley. This one is down the street from me which is why it’s such a disappointment.

Amazing service! The inside is perfect with lounge chairs and charging outlets perfect for studying. The workers are kind and patient. Love the atmosphere of this place, they wrote kind messages on the cups which I thought was so thoughtful! The for here cups are genius and perfect when needing to study as you can get refills! Drive through is nice and fast. They had a delicious matcha sample that I’d never think to try. Now that I tried it, it will definitely be my go to! Thank you so much staff at riverside and baseline Starbucks for always being patient and kind

The drinks here taste so bad compared to the Starbucks over in Valley Blvd by Colton,(go there instead). I bought the same exact drinks from both locations (different dates) and somehow the one here taste terrible!! The matcha and the sugar cookie Frappuccino taste disgusting. Go to Valley Blvd pls!!!! The aftertaste at Colton for the frap tasted like the most amazing sugar cookie ever but there it tastes like trash.

Longest wait in drive-thru. The line seriously is not moving for over 10 minutes. How is this location so inefficient? Only 1 star reviews for the last 2 weeks. Do better.

I decided to leave a review because this kind of rubbed me the wrong way. I just left the new this one here on baseline and Riverside in Rialto I go to Starbucks almost every day and just get a simple iced espresso and I recently started going to this because it is a little bit closer but today I had the most rude encounter with a short haired girl that worked here for absolutely no reason I don’t know that she was just having a bad day maybe whatever it may be. It was completely uncalled for she basically was being rude to me because I placed an online order only five minutes before and kept telling me that I needed to keep going around because the order wasn’t ready however there was literally nobody there so I was like well there’s no one behind me. You know why do I need to pull back through if someone were to pull up like I understand, I would’ve completely moved like I’m not rude but the way she went about it and the way she talked to me was so uncalled for I might start going to either a different location or try something else because that is unnecessary Especially because I’m such a nice person typically and stuff like this gets to me more than it should, what a bummer!
