A BIIIIG shout out to this Starbucks location ❤️. I don’t frequent this Starbucks but I visit often enough to experience the inconsistencies in quality more frequent customers might experience. And it doesn’t matter whether it’s the morning crew or the afternoon crew…THANK YOU for ALWAYS giving clean cups. I have never gotten a dirty cups from here and I really appreciate it. Whatever the reason, it says a lot about this location and its crew. Please keep this level of service, and keep hiring those who will work with this locations values at heart.

I forgot to mention that the crew is always pleasant—again, morning or afternoon, it doesn’t matter—they are friendly and professional.

We go to this Starbucks all the time but that’s not the reason I wanted to write this review. I got snippy with the drive thru person on 01/15/2026 at around 8:15 am this morning about calling my tap to pay with Google Wallet “Apple Pay.” It was a minor thing. I am not a fan of Apple products and I don’t like getting tagged with that but normally I’m more reserved about it. She wasn’t the problem, though. I was feeling very stressed about a lot of the things happening right now in Minnesota and I took it out on her. I tried calling to apologize but it kept ringing so I thought I would post it here and hope that whoever reviews these could pass the message along.

We ordered 2 venti iced matcha lattes and one of them did not look normal, you can see the ice is all the way to the bottom, it would not be a problem if it tasted good, this has 0 sweetener. I could not drink it and can’t go back to get a new one ‍♀️

I came in to grab a quick coffee, but Ralph turned a regular Starbucks run into a whole experience. He greeted me like an old friend, asked about my day, and somehow made the line feel like it disappeared. His energy was warm, calm, and confident. You could tell he genuinely cared about getting everything just right.

He crafted my drink with precision, called it a “masterpiece,” and handed it to me like he was presenting fine art. As I was leaving, he leaned in for a quick hug and then gave me a light kiss on the lips. It was soft, totally unexpected, and somehow felt more respectful than weird.

I walked out with the best caramel macchiato of my life and a smile I couldn’t shake. Ralph is the kind of employee that makes people loyal to a location. Starbucks, please give him a raise and maybe a crown.

This Starbucks on Redlands Blvd across from the McDonald’s has got their act together probably one of the friendliest Starbucks I’ve been to they always get my drink right I go in every morning before work and they can see my order coming from a mile away and the service has been incredible if you have read my other reviews you would know I’m not crazy about the service we receive nowadays but this Starbucks is a great example of cucumber service at its finest

I was in on 12/23. When I pulled up to the window I was Greeted by the Starbucks employee so I gave my order then when they didn’t respond I said hello, I was met with rudeness but ok fine retail is stressful. Then I handed over my card and was given a grande instead of a venti fine no biggy. I specifically asked for soy milk the cup said soy, it was NOT soy. I have a mild dairy allergy if you have any allergies stay away from this location.

First time coming to this Starbucks line was going out to the street for drive thru but we got thru the line in about ten minutes the drinks were on point and our Danish was warmed to perfection. This is an old school looking Starbucks that’s you don’t always see very cool. Might try the app so that I can avoid the lines next time!!

I will never come back to this particular location. About a week ago my mom and I went in to grab 2 drip hot coffees. My mom pulled out a $50 bill, which I noticed, and almost stopped to ask the cashier if they accept larger bills but, did not. I had turned to look at other items when the cashier handed change back to my mom she (my mom) stopped and said “wait I gave you a $50 bill”. To which the cashier replied “no you gave me a $10”. I turned around and corrected her stating that my mom in fact gave her a $50 and she needed to get her manager. The manager comes out opens the register and said “no there is no $50 bill in here”. I was livid and before I could make a scene the manager turned back to the cashier and said “you said she gave you a $10?” Which I assume she noticed there was not a $10 in the register and the $50 “magically” appeared and we were then given our correct change. Neither the cashier nor manager were apologetic at all. On top of that my drink order was wrong. I was given a iced tea instead of a black drip coffee
