I stopped by this Starbucks during a long drive to use the restroom and have a quick meeting. Before giving me the restroom code, the staff member made me promise that I would buy something afterward. Instead of explaining the policy kindly, it felt like pressure.

I’m a loyal Starbucks customer and buy from them several times a week, so I understand policies exist. However, the way it was handled felt cold and lacked basic human warmth and flexibility especially given the situation of being on a long drive and urgently needing a restroom.

It was disappointing to see policy put ahead of customer service, customer care, and basic human needs. It felt completely opposite to Starbucks’ brand image of warmth, hospitality, and welcoming gathering spaces. Will consider cutting down on my Starbucks spend because this brand isn’t worth it anymore.

My regular drink, the Cinnamon Dulce Latte came with 3 shots of espresso, standard. I’ve always ordered an extra shot and the other day was no different. But when I looked at my drink it said triple. I thought it was a mistake and disregarded it but I went again a few days later and it was the same thing. How cheap of the company to reduce the amount of espresso in the drink. Now if I want my usual amount of espresso I have to pay for 2 extra shots on an already expensive drink. All this after my drink was discontinued for several years and brought back barely 2 years ago. Only positive about Starbucks are the people that work there but idk why they stick to such a greedy company. I wish there was a good mom and pop drive thru near me because I don’t want to ever return.

I went to Starbucks to celebrate my mom’s birthday, and I honestly never imagined I would end up in tears because of how horribly we were treated. The entire store felt tense the moment we walked in, and the person who helped us had the most bitter expression and an absolutely dismissive, almost contemptuous attitude, as if serving us was some kind of burden.

What was supposed to be a special day turned into one of the most uncomfortable and upsetting experiences we’ve ever had. The way we were spoken to, the lack of basic courtesy, and the coldness of the staff were so shocking that I actually ended up crying afterward. That’s how bad it was.

I truly do not recommend this location at all. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks — extremely, extremely disappointing.

Amazing and kind staff, thanks Sage for helping me. As well as the others who were busy in the back. The store was clean and open , options were good on the snack/food cooler, cups were cute and well presented, and my drink was amazing! Bathrooms are closed due to covid tho. Thanks again!

Barista was very rude and had a bad attitude. Told me in order for me to sit inside the store, I have to purchase something, which I find ridiculous. You cant even come and study if you wanted to.

Drink was all ice, I ordered a venti iced matcha and it legit had three sips of matcha in it. The cashier also tried to charge me 10.45 at the window when she said it was 6.45. I frequent here enough to know that the best service is during the morning shifts. Night shift seems to half ass a lot of things .

As someone who frequents a variety of Starbucks in the area, this is one of my favorites. The baristas are all pleasant and fun in personality plus the restaurant had lots of room with multiple chairs, tables and wall plugs so everyone has space to study and relax.

They gave me a caramel frappe with no Caramel and it was watery. I didn’t want to be late for work so I had no time to ask them to fix it. I could have went to McDonald’s and paid much cheaper.
