I like it because despite the busy area & shopping center employees Excel at the job while maintaining a high customer service satisfaction.
I ordered a hot black coffee & was given a medium or dark roast choice, espresso was made freshly & shaken perfectly.
I decided to add & revive some pictures on Google from the past (several years ago) as a collaboration of a great workplace & business.
Keep up the good quality standards ☕
Smiles, great positive attitude,& highly efficient staff.
Came in with about a line of 8 people front to the front & another 5-6 people to the back of me.
Executed every single order to perfection & inclusively witnessed a homeless person asking for cups of water & was given to them no questions asked & without any hesitation at all (Now & days businesses restrain themselves from giving to our homeless community & or people on certain types of paraphernalia)
Hands down recognize the nice gesture
These wonderful ladies sang my little dude Happy Birthday when we stopped in coffee and muffins. Thank you so much for the treats and for putting a huge smile on our faces
The bad experience didn’t happen to me but the lady in front of me… I couldn’t believe how disgustingly rude the employee was to this lady.
On 7/19/2024 @ 3:41 pm The girl at the register was sitting in a chair taking orders. I was 3rd in line. She was clearly in a very bad mood and feeling sorry for herself, but the real issue was with her interaction with the lady in front of me. She (the employee) was extremely rude and even condescending towards her (the customer). I witnessed the customer attempting to order a Matcha Latte without Salt. The girl (starbucks employee), clearly insecure about herself, began to make the customer feel very stupid for even mentioning salt in a Matcha Latte… the client then timidly turned her phone towards the employee to show her a promotional photo of a Matcha latte with salt. The employee then replied in a completely condescending manner stating ” that is a completely different drink altogether, that one DOES have salt”. she then snidely added “would you like the salt”? with a maniacal grin, fully aware this entire conversation started because the woman didn’t want salt. Your employee has a mental illness (well, to be fair, a lot of Starbucks employees do) that should not go unchecked. Her vile personality towards this innocent woman was truly disturbing. I thankfully knew exactly how to interact with this employee and my transaction went smoothly. I have no issues based on my order whatsoever. It was simply my personal observation of the woman who ordered before me.
The employee was a tiny She/her they them type with glasses and cat eye like eye liner. Really sad to experience this and witness, even if it wasn’t directed towards me, her vile and borderline evil attitude. Starbucks has since been more enabling these people with mental illness rather than help them process and overcome. Hopefully this changes, not for my experience but for the sake of these humans being enabled and living such a negative, miserable and vile life. Obviously this is deep but I see it more and more with Starbucks over most these days. The knowledge of psychology is both a blessing and a burden. Here is to hope!!
