Mel, Alex, and Roman are awesome!! As soon as each one of them saw a pattern of me ordering a tall blonde roast every morning I go, they started brewing it as soon as they see me walking through the door. At times I’m in a hurry so this is a blessing! Plus they’re all friendly and have great attitudes 🙂 Please give each one of them a raise!!

Food & coffee was excellent as usual. But for the first time ever, the staff and atmosphere were disappointing. No personal cup discount or stars, despite saying it at the time of order. Plus, I handed her my cup and she filled it (counter order). Then the topper! The most neglected bathroom that i have ever encountered at Starbucks. Trash all over the floors and the walls need to wiped once in a while. (Photos included)

I’ve been coming to this location for two years and it’s by far my favorite Starbucks. They are always friendly and I rarely need to wait that long. Place is always clean too. Today I went in around noon and Daniel took care of me. He definitely went over and beyond. I would never forget this day! Thank you so much again for everything!

The bathroom has no shelf to put your thing on so it is bad, I hope they would consider

i’m a starbucks worker myself and have never had this type of experience, the worker taking the order was nice. the quality of the drink was not there, half full drinks when i asked for whip, no whip.. at least fill up the coffee. if im paying $6 for a drink at least make it right
