There’s a girl named Victoria, who is extremely kind, and delivers an amazing service, and it always lights up my day the way she treats people. There’s also a gentlemen with long curly hair and a big beard with tattoos on both arms. His name is Jonathan. He is a great leader, and does an incredible job providing an exceptional customer service, and making customers laugh. This is a cool place.

The bathroom policy at this store is ridiculous. I got there to place an order, but there was a line at the cashier, so I decided to use the restroom before placing my order. They refused to give the number code before I placed my order.This place should offer good customer service; it is wrong if they fail to do so.

Kendra is absolutely awesome!
I’m born and raised IV and though I no longer reside in state, I visit the valley frequently.
Kendra took my order once in the drive through and was tremendously kind.
I came in the following day and she remembered my exact order, like I was one of her regulars.
This is a busy Starbucks so her attention to detail is flat out impressive. This store should be very proud to have her on staff, thanks Kendra!

I ordered a drink around 11:15am on 7/29. The lady who took my order, had the most amazing smile and was so friendly. The drink was typical Starbucks. The bathrooms were dirty, and there was no toilet paper. The sink was clogged up. The general store was dirty. It was obvious that this is a very busy location, but they could certainly do a better job on Cleanliness.

I must say I walk in 5 times a week because their service is awesome. I always ask for a Venti 8 pump iced chai, easy ice, and cinnamon powder. They always make it perfect. The staff there is wonderful they have me talking in daily. Keep up the awesome work.
