Prices are getting a little pricey.. it must be that minimum wage thing… lol I do love ❤️ me some Starbucks. I do have a couple complaints. When they mark on the cups like in the pictures, the drinks sweat, you end up with permanent marker on your hands. (Lid would be better). And what is up with my lemon pound cake in a bag in a bag? These seems like a waste of paper/plastic or whatever. Just think if all 38,000 in every store in 80 countries did this, how much waste in our land fills? I am just saying. I love Starbucks, but you guys can do better.

I rarely go to Starbucks anymore because we’ve got an espresso machine at home, and there’s a good indie coffee shop in town now, but I give this location a shot maybe once or twice a year. This last time I ordered delivery because UberEats was having a discount special. All of my sandwiches came basically cold (and this wasn’t the fault of the driver, you can tell they weren’t toasted in the turbo oven long enough). Also, my drinks were middling for the price point. Don’t think I’ll be buying anything else from Sbux for a long while. I will say, the few times I’ve been in the drive-thru over the years, the workers are typically efficient and friendly.

If you have been to one of these, you’ve been to everyone. They’re all relatively about the same. They have coffee that tastes the way you want it to, they have people who are very good and willing to help you out, they are a decent place. The company, not so much, the people trying to work for a living are great. I will go back over and over, and so will you. I think we all will at some point. That’s how it goes with these places.

This specific Starbucks is extremely hit or miss from the customer service to the quality of product. I’m local to the city and I’m better off going to a different Starbucks on the way to wherever I’m going.
There has not been a time when I order a food item and it’s either not warmed all the way through or expiring same day or the next day. The drinks are sometimes good, sometimes have more milk than anything and when ordering a plain coffee it’s almost always watered down.
The inside is always very clean and some baristas are very welcoming.

I was happily surprised to find a Starbucks in the desert hot springs area. We are 10 minutes away so it was worth the drive to get my coffee fix.
It’s not the most beautiful Starbucks I have been, but that’s not so important.

Surprisingly well-run location. Multiple staff members said hello and goodbye as we left – basically unheard of. Coffee and sandwich came out quickly, as ordered. Drive-thru lane moves very slowly, so go inside of you’re in a hurry.
