Happy holidays, Starbucks customers; I visited this location on December 5, 2025 the store is clean, hot fresh coffee. Excellent customer service. Javi took my order, (Venti Christmas blend and quad espresso & Pupichino) He was very polite and professional. All Baristas 5 star.

I come to this Starbucks about 3 times a month, and it gets me mad that they never put extra caramel on my frappuccino after I ask them so many times. But Today they did, FINALLY. So I’m giving them 5 stars. Next time if I don’t get caramel I’m going to leave it at 1 star.

Never had an issue at this place until I placed an order at 8pm to get a grande that wasn’t full. I can compare the drinks from other 2 Starbucks. This is the first time they skimp a drink.

This particular Starbucks was EXCELLENT.. it was a very hot day, entering the wonderful cold A/C and being able to order from a menu I was familiar with was actually a Blessing… it was automatically familiar to me and felt good. It was my lunch and I didn’t have extra time to guess or try something new. To sit and relax, not wait to be fitted and just ENJOY….. was PRICELESS. Thank you very much I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

They ring up the drink correct, charge correct but can’t ever make it correctly. If I’m paying for it and it’s extra I expect to receive it as well. More often than not the service is horrible…window people always having a bad day apparently
