I just wanted a cup of water with ice, I ask the older lady “would it be possible for me to get a cup of water with ice?”, I had no answer just an ugly look from her, I waited 2 minutes and noticed that she wasn’t going to do it bc she was just ignoring my presence. There were a total of 2 employees working (both female).

If I could leave no stars, believe me I would. I usually go to Vons Starbucks everyday because it’s closer to where I am. I try to understand the employees because I also work at a business and trust me it is difficult. Just because I am having a bad day, it does not allow me to be rude to customers for any reason. Everyday I go there is an employee who has really bad customer service. It’s not just once or twice she’s had this behavior towards the customers, it is all the time. If you’re not happy with your job, then I think it’s best to not work there. Having my work experience, I know for a fact that the customer is always right.

If you get the coffee from the carafe make sure it is fresh. It was less than luke warm when we came by two fridays ago and it was closed by the time I was done with the doctor’s appt to complain.
