One of the few that open early and off the freeway, very convenient!!! I usually go 4:30-5am morning staff is always friendly, and welcoming. Keep traffic ongoing. Coffee tastes good. Restrooms are always clean. It always nice and neat. Great atmosphere! It’s rare when something is out of stock. Out of the three near Indio locations (Jackson and Monroe) this is the best one. Baristas know how to make good drinks not watered down coffee.

Very disappointed with this Starbucks. Even though the location is convenient, the attitude toward people is far from welcoming. Something as simple as using the restroom without making a purchase was denied, while in many other coffee shops this is not an issue. It feels like here customers are only seen as money, not as human beings. The atmosphere and service are definitely below expectations.

Yesterday, Sunday, November 2nd, I went through the drive-thru at this location for four drinks. The first person who took my order over the speaker didn’t even complete it. Immediately, another female employee took over the order. When I got to the window, the first person I had heard on the speaker was there; it was a male, and I obviously recognized his voice. He was not at all friendly, my order was incomplete, and when I checked my coffee, it wasn’t prepared correctly. His face reflected contempt towards me, which is what caused my frustration. I don’t usually use names, but I will this time because I don’t agree with having this type of person in customer service. His name is Alvaro.

Difficultly truckable as we needed a coffee stop. I must ding off another star for being out of my first choice bacon sandwich, although I’m glad the spinach feta wrap is back, but having to settle is still having to settle. I really liked the calm smiley service. It still was satisfactory as my 1st stop in Indio.

I’ve got to give a huge shoutout to the Starbucks team at this location. It’s people like Sammie behind the counter who make all the difference. She was personable, engaging, and we had a real conversation while I was ordering my afternoon coffee after a round of golf. That kind of authentic interaction goes a long way in business, especially when I have plenty of options. This is exactly why I keep coming back to places like this.
And I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention Justina, who came up as I was finishing my delicious Iced Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso. Another fantastic conversation, fantastic energy, and just a fantastic human being. People like Sammie and Justina are the Starbucks brand. They don’t just meet the bar, they set it and keep raising it.
I also want to say this….people are so quick to complain these days, but when we receive great service, when the team members engage us (as they should) and show kindness, we often stay silent. So I had to leave this review, not just for me, but for all the unwritten reviews that this location have probably earned time and time again.
This is the Starbucks I visit every year with my family during our Fourth of July trip, and the customer service is usually consistent and top-notch. Hats off to the organization, and a special thank you to Sammie and Justina for making this visit another memorable one.

Horribly slow for a Starbucks and they did not seem to be in a hurry at all, some of the breakfast items were not available, my triple latte was a bit weak. Perhaps this is a new Starbucks and that explains the lack of quality, definitely some opportunity for improvement. Good luck!
