Third time in one month my drink was wrong, I have a very sensitive mouth and I have to have my drinks kids temperature not HOT….. So of course every time I get my drink it’s scolding hot, the baristas do not take the time to read my one customization I do to my drink.. some of the time they’re coffee taste burnt, they are never apologetic they just look at you with a side I like your high maintenance, and too difficult to please. We’re talking $7 for a cup of coffee, y’all need to do better. I don’t know about others but the starbucks inside albertsons roughly 500 ft away is much better. They have never messed up my drink.

I always have a good experience at Starbucks, nice quiet environment most of the time, and NORMALLY pleasant staff. Tonight, my sister and I were studying at this location from 7:45-8:55. I’m a service industry worker, so I tend to be more aware when I’m out to be courteous
to the staff and their time. I noticed that the were only working on the closing on their behind the counter section, so we continued to study. We left when one of the staff members started to openly complain about customers staying five minutes till close, even telling her coworker a story about a past customer. After hearing this, me and my sister packed up our things. Then the worker said, “see, that’s all you have to do/say” openly admitting that she was aware we heard her comment. This was extremely unprofessional and made my little sister and I feel unwelcome. I didn’t catch her name, but super unprofessional and a crappy situation to put your customers in. I get it, I complain about customers staying PAST closing to my coworkers, but only in a location where they can’t hear or see me. Just wish there were friendlier staff at this location.

Best Starbucks hands-down! The employees here are always nice and will always get your order right. Everyone is friendly I have to tip as often as I can. The employee who took my order today has an amazing energy it made me smile and same with the one who gave me my order who even complimented my fit, thank you!

Stopped by here on a road trip and really like how nice the staff was and actually delivered on the order as well!

Tried the Lavender Latte with Matcha and it was a really delicious drink!
I was a little skeptical about the lavender and matcha combination but it went really well together. We got almond milk but it was still creamy and really lovely.

Friends got one of the caramel drinks and also some egg bites and they said everything was delicious.

The manager here with the bald head pretends he is friendly but he is actually very unfriendly if you bring a dog on the patio. I ordered food and drinks and was only there 1 hour with my friends and he requested us to leave. Very strange behavior for a Starbucks Manager. We weren’t even there for the Wifi which Starbucks is famous for, we were actually eating and drinking.

First I LOVE Ramona people but every time I come here either I have bad luck or something. They always make my very simple drink wrong, don’t apologize and take forever. Never friendly, act annoyed and it’s so so weird! Every Starbucks I’ve ever been to is so so friendly and wonderful! Nathan was rude right from the start. They made our drink wrong, then yelled at my husband for taking our straws out of our old drinks that were still left on the counter because they didn’t give us straws. He said you can’t have your old drinks back abruptly. My husband said I know we’re just grabbing straws then he rolled his eyes and that was the final straw so my husband said you need to work on your customer service. The girl was no friendlier either. I even asked if I ordered our drinks wrong and apologized if I did … but he said no I didn’t ….but still acted like it was my fault. My husband and I are very friendly, warm people. We smile, joke with our usual Starbucks staff, we love people and are usually good at getting even a grumpy person to smile. Customer service is a hard job but this young staff at this Starbucks are just plain rude!

Just Remodeled! Nice, light and bright. But with the remodel they took a lot of space for more storage. Order was quick, had 8 people working behind the counter. Never seen that many in there before. I hope they will keep this staffing level up at this location.

Ordered a Cafe latte at 3:17 and people that arrived after with the cashier had their drinks on hand within minutes. When asked about mine, he asked my name and said your ticket just came in and you’re next ‍♀️ yeah ok bud. My drink was handed at 3:38. Too much talking or distraction ‍♀️ first and last rime going to that location
