The protein latte was pretty good, but having previously tasted the vanilla protein latte, I prefer the vanilla. For a pre-made and frozen breakfast sandwich, the turkey and sandwich as a whole were pretty good. However, since they did not wrap the hot sandwich, before placing it in the bag, the bread stuck to the bag and tore part of the underside of the sandwich when I removed it. The sandwich was still edible.
This Starbucks has a drive thru, inside, and outside seating. The service was friendly.

Fatima started my day off by helping me take breakfast to my grandchildren. They love the ham and cheese croissants, cheddar sausage cheese sandwiches, birthday cake pops (pink w/ sprinkles)

Fatima did an excellent job with my order in the drive thru. I ordered several food items and several drinks all perfect. I enjoy this Starbucks even though it is not the closest to my home. Fatima made my whole day with her friendly attitude and she is the reason I will continue returning to this Starbucks.

The service is quick, the Baristas are knowledgeable, and the price is cheaper than gas…

I don’t mind paying for a cup water, and I even told the employee that, but she still insisted on a purchase. What concerns me most is customer retention—I’ve been a Gold member for over 10 years and have never been refused tap water before. If there’s a policy against giving free water, there should be an option to buy tap water without wasting food or resorting to expensive bottled water.
This also opens the company up to more bad experiences where the level of customer satisfaction decreases.
After more than 20 years as a customer, this experience left a bad impression, and I’m unlikely to return anytime soon. Denying tap water to anyone when it’s readily available at a business open to the public feels like a delicate and unfair line to cross, especially when people are willing to pay for it and simply want to stay hydrated.
I hope management can find a way to implement a water purchase if a customer wanted it in a cup
