Very poor customer service. I placed a mobile order and it says it would be ready around 8:04 am so betime i told them and got to the window for my drink it was 8:06 am the lady told me asked what i order i said a pistachio latte and she goes we just received your order a couple minutes ago and we are very busy so you need to give us a heads up next time and then proceeded to tell me that they do not have my drink ready and that i needed to go park.. That sounds like a starbucks issue, its not my fault the app said 8:04 and you could not have my entire order ready by 8:06. I will not be back to this location, between the wait times and the horrible customer service by ALL the employees at this location its not worth it.

Worse customer service ever! Couldn’t even get someone to make eye contact. They only serviced people they knew by name. Seemed I was being discriminated against because I’m an older white woman. Several.workers standing around doing nothing but helping people in the drive thru with very few in line. Even the coffee looked off color like it had cream in it. Never again at this location. At least smile and greet the customer and say with you shortly or something.

my matcha was terribly shaken/blended (i’m not sure the technique this location is using but i work at starbucks so i know it’s supposed to be blended on three in the frother) i went back in the store , and none the less my drink was still bad. it tastes like there not putting enough matcha, and no effort into getting out the clumps. the atmosphere when i walked in seemed dark and depressing. the opposite of starbucks core values. this was very disappointing as i know baristas were just required to go through additional training on how to make our customers have a better experience. i was greeted with not one smile, and felt like i was the one providing the customer service. i feel the same way as tailor who wrote a review 3 months ago. shout out to tailor for being real. i feel you girl. i wanted to go back there and shake it myself. 1/10 experience.

I’m a Starbucks addict. I drink o e to two Starbucks drink per day. So far I can say that this is the WORST location I’ve been to. The sad part is that this’s the closest to my house. I love the energetic and positive vibes that Starbucks employees have. However, every time I stop by this location, I feel like I’m the one that’s serving them and providing them with the good customer service and trying to make them satisfied. Today I ordered strawberry açaí with lemonade. It literally tasted like water ( no kidding). I felt like I just reached my limited and I had to say something, so I drove back and went down to the store and told the lady ( I guess she’s the manager) that my drink tasted like water only no other flavor. She took my cup and supposedly fixed it and handed back to me. Guess what! I told her “thank you so much” with a smile and she didn’t even reply. The shocking part is that my drink still tasted like flavorless water. I feel like this location will make me quit Starbucks forever.

Rudest staff I’ve ever encountered. We ordered our drinks in my wife’s name and she went to the bathroom. When our drinks were called, I went to get our drinks and they condescendingly asked me if I was my wife. The cafe was nearly empty… used to come here all the time. Good luck with your rebrand Starbucks with staff like this.

The drinks and food here are delicious! We usually go through the drive thru, but this time we went inside, and I loved it. It was air conditioned on a hot day so that was a plus. I got the seasonal Salted Caramel Mocha Frappuccino, as well as my mom, and we both thought it was delicious. My sister also got the Berry hibiscus double blended and she liked it. Will definitely come back .

Coffee’s always good at Starbucks, but I cannot say the same for ones coffee wait times. First time visiting. I was being told by locals that this Starbucks always has a long wait when ordering inside. 15 minutes for a regular coffee.

Many of the employees work hard and are very friendly, other times some very rude and disgruntled employees. Even when full staffed they are slow but look like they are going as fast as possible. They need kaizen.

Service takes forever. They were blaming tickets times when it was completely slow. Not even a line I the drive through and it took 15 minutes to get a hot chocolate.
