Terrible service. The two baristas across the hall didn’t even greet me, and they were incredibly rude and bitter face. I ordered two things, and the second item wasn’t ready. It seems like they’re working for free. If you’re not interested in providing good customer service, find a new job. Starbucks should offer better training to its employees. And the latte that I ordered it wasn’t good, it was tasteless.

So I walk in and they said hold on a minute and left me standing there 10 minutes. I walked up to one person realizing they were really busy and just asked if I could have a water for now. She said water was for paying customers. I said how much was the water ill pay for it. She says we dont charge for the water??? I instantly got the feeling I wasn’t welcomed. Iwas going to by my frap anyway but this made things really clear. I bought my frap and asked for my water. Right after me three Caucasian women asked for water without a purchase and were given water. On top of everything else the drink i ordered was made wrong. I come to this Starbucks almost everyday because I work for AT&T in the area. I am really disappointed in this service. I come to these places for relaxation and crappy service and people like this really ruin it for me.

Update: after speaking to the supervisor she herself im sorry I wasn’t here for it and that they only give water to paying customers and I said you gave out 4 waters after me without purchase then two waters to a someone else without purchase after that make it make sense. If someone from corporate sees this please contact me this is discrimination and ridiculous.

I asked for it to be made with Breve not 1/2” of cream?! I Don’t know where they came up with that!
This location thinks getting orders out fast is more important than making them correctly. My frustration is this is the most accessible location and although I keep giving them second chances and they keep screwing me.

I always get greeted and my mobile order is always ready to go when I arrive!
I come here almost every day! The only thing I could say is that it’s been twice where my cheese danish taste and smells a bit like onion? Not sure if I’ve just had the luck of being the person after a breakfast sandwich or something! Lol but overall good locations and nice staff!

I used to go here to have a morning coffee and do computer work with my laptop (I’m a mobile field tech) all the other complaints I’ve seen I have never experienced but then I may never have noticed. My problem is that they blocked off all the power plates. If my computer is low I have to leave it in the truck to charge on the inverter. And the SBucks down the street isn’t blocked off. So guess where I’m going now?

Arrived 10 minutes before closing to place an order, but waited in the drive through while someone placed a large order. Then we were told they weren’t taking anymore orders for the night. That’s messed up. The staff was extremely rude and unfriendly. In the future, I’ll be driving right past this location to the Starbucks 1/8th of a mile down the street to the next Starbucks with pleasant, helpful people!!
