This is my favorite place for my morning coffee. The staff and management go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and have what you ordered as quickly as possible. The new remodel is different, and needs some adjusting to, but I love it. Alot of folks come here with food and drinks from other places and “camp out” all day setting up a makeshift office. Large groups come here bringing their own pot luck dishes and sit around the tables for hours. Maybe thats why they cut out so many tables. This is THE BEST Starbuck in SD county. Large outdoor seating, and wonderfull staff who brighten my day every morning.

I came here today. Google and Starbucks app said it closes at 2:30pm. After waiting 10 min in line through the drive thru, the girl taking the orders asked someone to come tell the cars that they were closed and the car in front of me was the last car. I asked the guy if I can go inside to order and he said “ No we’re closed and that’s the last customer” This is really upsetting as it was not 2:30pm. It was 2:07pm when he came out to tell us they’re closed.

Was excited to see my favorite Starbucks remodeled. VERY disappointed. They removed a lot of seating. What’s left is very uncomfortable for a couple to enjoy some time together. They took out small tables to munch on their products and left mostly very short tables impossible to eat anything. Very few seats left.

The cappuccino I got this morning!!! I told them the cup is too light!!! I don’t feel there’s any coffee in it, they told me, cappuccino is mostly foam and they give extra milk, I guess we purchase coffee at the coffee shops!!! I don’t drink milk at the morning!!

Pros: Beautiful upgrades to this location friendly staff and orders that are always correct.
Cons: They took away half the seating area for people to sit and talk or study and removed virtually all of the outlets so you cant stay extended hours and study.

Abigail was so pleasant, welcoming and prompt to help. Excellent service, even she notified me of a minor wait – all with a smile. I was watching her she works so well and organized manner; her approach is remarkable well done and I will come back there just for her; she made me a regular. Great customer service.

Great! The line for the drive-thru is usually long, plan for it. But in my opinion the line moves quickly. Around 3min a car, considering how long it takes some people to order I think that’s great.

I always come here to study because the atmosphere is great and the drinks never disappoint. Johnny’s customer service is amazing, he is always so sweet and kind. He’s always so welcoming and friendly and he makes my drinks really good. This place is amazing if you want to study I would definitely recommend this Starbucks to anyone who wants amazing drinks/food and to study! Thank you 🙂
