Super friendly baristas! Happy to chat with you but not too much.. If that makes sense.

Had a delicious protein matcha latte with cold foam that the barista happily created to mimic the creme brulee cold foam isn’t in season.

Absolutely amazing atmosphere!!! They are so organized, kind and even though they are very busy they still got my order correct and in a timely matter.

I am from out of town and I immediately felt welcome. Their manager was on the floor helping keep things running with a kind attitude. He was also easy to talk to and always welcomed people who came into the cafe!!

I would highly recommend this location and wish I lived closer!!!

I was traveling and made a stop here. The employees seemed too busy in conversation to give customers attention or take orders. I had to ask for the status of my beverage twice before finally getting it. I only asked because I was waiting a while. I did not feel this location was at the standard most other starbucks locations are at. The customer service needs improvement.

Twice now, I have ordered from the store online when I show up it’s not ready. They seem to be disorganized when you ask them they have no idea what’s going on. I have to get a refund today cause I was late. The app said my order will be ready in seven minutes 30 minutes later the order was not ready or even possible. I won’t be coming here anymore. This is the problem with Starbucks. People just don’t care about customer service.

The girls here always give me trouble about pup cups. “THe cOmPUTer doesn’t allow me to put cinnamon on the pup cups.”…NO? But your hands can put it on them. ‍♀️ I have also heard this one before too, ‘Hi can I get 2 pup cups with cinnamon please.’ “With cinnamon? Are they for dogs, are you giving them to dogs?.” Just a simple Google search says dogs can have small amounts of cinnamon FYI for any other misinformed Starbucks worker.

This location is always too loud. Music is blasting thru cheaper speakers. I believe this is done to drive away the people who stay and study or perhaps drive away the homeless. Go to the nearby Starbucks on Bonita. This location is fine for drive thru

So today’s Veterans day and this was the closest starbucks to me so I went i ordered a frappuccino because last year at a starbucks in rialto it wasn’t a problem ordered cashier informed me that it didn’t work for that I said OK but I got it last year her rather snarky and rude attitude was uncalled for she states she’s worked there for 20 years and never offered that I wasn’t looking for special treatment was just stating a fact and to top it off she cancels the order and says o sorry u still want that to be treated like that was uncalled for defiantly will not be using this starbucks again if ur rude to customers like that and a vet who identified himself just cause I made a mistake is not an establishment that will get my business for my first vist to be my last says it all

I would suggest not going inside and ordering. Just go through the drive-through. I placed my order at 8:42 am. and didn’t get it till almost 20 mins later. As you can see, I got back to my vehicle at 9:08, and there were 2 others waiting just as long….. drive through is definitely favored as I kept seeing cars come and go even after I ordered. Don’t understand why this is an issue even when the worker rolls his eyes at me when I politely ask how much longer for my drink? It’s definitely not a place to revisit
