I am a current customer but today I just decided to get a cup of water to take my medicine well the lady with glasses refused to give me a cup of water and she wanted me to buy something, I need it to take my medicine, I was gonna pay for the water but her attitude was bad and she wanted me to buy a drink and then she would give me the water for FREE, so dumb. Lmao, bad customer service.

Employees are nice but this place is a bit shabby – tables look battered and there’s trash on the floor. I feel sympathetic to the staff. You know what kind of neighborhood this is when you see password-locked bathrooms and interesting people coming in for nothing but ice water in a Starbucks venti. Starbucks is what’s keeping the real estate value higher and patrons should clean up after themselves. God bless Starbucks!

I’m happy with the majority of the employees. Jordan is doing great at the register. Also, last but never least is Jason, who always makes me the perfect vanilla sweet cream cold brew with lots of ice and extra sweetness just how I ask for it. Always hits the spot.
