They always get my mobile orders incorrect. They also have not been filling my drinks up. If I’m paying five to seven dollars on a drink the least they can do is fill it to the top instead of half way, this is crazy.

Today October 3rd at 6:35 pm the guy who was the cashier gave us an attitude when he told us we couldn’t do the Pumpkin spice order on the pumpkin we brought, so I sad that I was fine we were gonna order our drinks either way… but he gave us an attitude when one of my friends was paying
So I told him we weren’t gonna pay because we didn’t like his attitude he reply back saying “Order Faster Next time”

No matter what time of day I come I always find that the staff is rude and mean. They never make the drinks correctly, And it’s not like I ordered something complicated, I order an ice brown sugar shaken espresso. I make no alterations to it, And it’s always made incorrectly, and they always have such attitude

I asked one of the baristas for a straw because they were literally right next to him and of course they were behind the glass which customers can’t reach over and grab and the way he responded was not only unexpected but also unnecessary. The guy said that the next time I asked for a straw that I would need to go over to the other side which was close to the exit all the way over on the other side. I thought that’s no way to treat a customer but hey young people lack experience anyways.

today october 3rd at 6:35 pm me and my friends went inside with pumpkins we hadn’t even asked to make our drinks in there but the cashier had said js a heads up we don’t do drinks in there and we were just gonna put them in afterwards then we started ordering but we were thinking abt it and then he asked cash or card and my sister said card and then he said it louder cash or card and then my friend said we’re gonna cancel cs we don’t like your attitude and then he said get a better pace ordering us to order faster then we said get a better attitude because he was genuinely so mean and we were waiting for 15 minutes in line while no one was there

This place is so unorganized placed my Mobil order at 845m said it was ready went for my order and I still didn’t get it till 947 it’s ridiculous and the girl was so rude when I was trying to get refunded they are so understaff if there really that busy I never exprienced this at any Starbucks I would never recommend this place

Seriously, who hands out an extra hot coffee without a sleeve, I almost burned my hand. It only makes sense that if someone orders a hot coffee without, you also need a sleeve to go with the cup.
