I stopped by this Starbucks just to grab a quick coffee, but ended up staying much longer than I planned. The cozy Christmas decorations, soft music, and the smell of freshly brewed coffee made it impossible to leave right away. I tried the Blond Christmas Roast for the first time — and wow, it’s absolutely amazing! It felt like a small holiday moment in the middle of a busy day. So glad I came in. See you again soon!

Location: Okay, Parking: Okay, Service: Serious retraining needed, Overall: I have been here once a while back, and the service was okay. Now with the modern generation we seem to have a Serious issue with customer service. No longer do the staff want to help the guests and make them happy. This new brand of barristas want to argue and fight as I was watching with a lady who just wanted to get her order right and was willing to pay extra. Nope, the staff wanted to challenge that guest and made it as difficult as possible to get the order right. How does this business continue to remain with workers that fight customers? I know I will never go back 1 star and retraining is seriously needed…

I often find myself at a Starbucks for my coffee needs and this one is clean, the drinks are made correctly, even with modifications and the time it takes to receive your coffee is fairly quick. Other than the usual ” welcome to Starbucks “, they do tend to not speak to you much anymore – unless you have a specific question. So, for the atmosphere, I would give it 3.9 Stars

I’m giving them 5 stars because they are swamped and kick butt, inside & drive-thru. Let’s talk about that drive-thru line that has been non-stop to the stop sign or past it. So if you get off you’ll, unfortunately, have to wait for a little, not sure how long the wait of the drive is since we came inside. The wait time inside is reasonable.
The service is spot on. The barista was super friendly and helpful. They have at least 4 people working the drive-thru.
The inside has tall and short tables to set at. They have outdoor seating — an excellent place to catch the sun.

It’s about 7pm on Saturday the 4th, and I just gotta give a shout-out to my man Clark. They had just completed a crazy rush of customers, but Clark was enthusiastic and just amazing. The other staff that were there that night were amazing as-well, they just flowed together really well. Good to see, that vibe among coworkers still exists!!
