I would prefer Target staff didn’t have free reign behind the counter. An employee walked up and just grabbed a cup of water with his dirty work gloves. Seems unhygienic for a Starbucks or any place that serves food/drinks to be honest. The people working behind the register are always nice and helpful though.

What happened to customer service? Is it to much to ask for to be greeted with a ” hello, can I help you?” Instead the “greeting” is just a stare at you when you walk up to the counter. Management should really take time and properly train their employees because they are making ya’all look very bad. Even costing you money.

If you are ready to pay more money for the same order, you go there! I wouldn’t go there anymore since I was charged Eighty Cents more for a medium decaffeinated Latte with non fat milk! The extra charge was for the non fat milk! When asked why the extra charge, the young lady said because you’re purchasing it from here! I said that I go to many stores of Starbucks, and none of them charges extra for the non fat milk! She answered that we do it here! Since then I stopped going there. Plus there’s no enough tables to sit, and it’s a dirty place! Add to that, the atmosphere is not the same!

Anissa was wonderful! She has a friendly, welcoming and engaging personality. Laughter is the best medicine and we had a few good laughs before other customers arrived. She was courteous, professional and skillful with her talents. She makes a MEAN AMERICANO…made my whole night happier! Such warm and inviting people should be rewarded for putting a smile on everyone’s faces!

My daughter goes to school at La Verne University. Three days of the week I wait for her in school. While I wait I always stop by this Starbucks to buy me my venti caramel machiatto. All employees are very friendly but there’s one employee that stand out. His name is Nick he is always friendly and very respectful but what I like the most is that he always has a big smile. Thanks for everything.

Went in to get some of their used coffee grinds for agriculture. After waiting 15min for just 2 customers in front of me, the employee asks his supervisor(who didn’t help even though there was a line). She tells me that they don’t do that at this location.

One of the employees is super rude, male with hair up to shoulder usually wears it in a pony. I asked a simple question and responded with so much sass even talked back to me and even called me rude and selfish for no valid reason! Super rude and super disappointed. Won’t be going to the Starbucks EVER I’d rather drive 2 miles down
