A very large Starbucks with plenty of indoor seating and a few outside tables. It was a typical experience from any other Starbucks. Not much individual character or evidence of community involvement you would see at other locations. Friendly staff such as Leo.

A couple of days ago my wife and I were going to grab a quick drink. This location is 24 hours but it seems like they close their lobby around 10pm. It was a bit before closing time and they had a long line at the drive thru so we decided to run in. However, it was pouring rain and we got wet getting out and grabbing our umbrellas. We ran across the parking lot getting pelted and one of the workers inside saw us and made eye contact with us and locked the door right as we got to it. It wasn’t 10pm yet, we still had a few minutes and she locked us out while we were getting pelted with rain. I get not wanting to serve people after closing but again, this location is 24 hours and the lobby should have technically still been open. Needless to say we won’t be coming back to this location again.

A great place to sit down, relax, and enjoy some drinks. It has a nice open place to sit, the lighting is amazing both natural and artificial. The staff is kind and friendly. They even offer sample drinks while you relax, work, and wait. The artwork is amazing and the community board is always up to date.
They have multiple plugs around the place to plug in labtops, phones, and other electronics.
The place is not crowded but not empty so there is a small level of noise but still a great place ti work and study.

They messed up my order first by making a latte with regular milk instead of oat milk. Without apologies, they remade my latte, but it was tasteless because they over steamed the oat milk. Service was poor. This is the worst oat latte I’ve ever had from Starbucks.

Not really a 24 hour location, only (maybe) a 24 hour drive thru. As others have mentioned, they seem to close the lobby around 10pm. One star for the false advertising.

My fiancé and I were harassed multiple times by an employee at this location. He clearly had a problem with our presence from the very beginning. He asked repeatedly if our dog was a service animal. Even after we answered his question he continued bothering us. He indicated that several patrons had complained. Our dog is very small, calm, and was not barking but still felt the need to continue to harass us. I have never felt so uncomfortable and couldn’t enjoy our coffee. He kept watching us from the counter and was very rude and disrespectful. I will not be returning to this location and will tell all of my friends and family.
I hope that Eliza Fernando, Store Manager coaches her team on service animals and fully understand the laws.

New location by the mall (outside by Five Guys) . Pretty nice and spacious inside. Probably one of the larger Starbucks locations I’ve seen. Has a drive thru. Replaced the old one on Colima road.
